The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was decent. The pool and hot tub were great. There wasn't any pool towels, so I did have to go get some but other than that, I have no complaints.

The room was rather noisy. I can handle the traffic noise because it was right next to a highway, but the people next door were so loud at all hours of the night and I was on the top floor hoping I wouldn't have to hear a bunch of people. The doors are rather heavy so when someone opens and shuts them its so loud.

We loved how big the room was and the shower was so roomy! The hotel was classy and well kept up that was a big plus in our book! The hotub going outside was the icing on the cake!!! I will be booking a room again in the near future!

The kitchen staff was good about getting the food out but when something isn't working don't make a big deal about it around others. Just say okay I will fix it and just fix it, not make it seem like it is the end of the world...

Our room was on the 2nd floor. The people above us were very loud - don't know if they had kids running around and/or jumping. We thought there were elephants above us!! The noise and thumping continued past 10:30 at night. We understand there wasn't anything the hotel could have done to stop this.

Clean place, great location within 15 minutes to everything we were doing all weekend. Nice breakfast every morning. Staff were friendly and polite. Enjoyed the outside fire pits and the hot tub.

We did have a noisy room next to us on Saturday night and we made the call to the front desk at 1:00am and soon things quieted down.

The breakfast selections was very nice. The rooms were very clean. The beds were not the most comfortable, its like the beds were worn out already, I was expecting more since the hotel is newer. Also the pillows were very cheap you could tell.

Not a dislike, but more of a safety concern. When my husband showered the shower water leaked outside of the seemingly enclosed space, with it just being the tile on the outside I’d be afraid of someone falling. Fixed easily with a towel on the floor though.

Our room was very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. We liked the pool, hot tub, and the fitness center. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Had a lot of issues trying to open my door to my room. Key card worked, late turned green but it was like the door was locked I had to really push extremely hard on the door handle to release

I forgot my hearing aids on the desk In our room and when I realized I forgot them. I called the motel and for some reason they can’t find them. I called my insurance company to report them missing. Since they are gone they are going to report them as stolen since they cost $6500.

It was such a pleasant surprise! I travel for work and have had many back to back bad experiences lately, bad smells, dirty rooms, and was worried about the next stay. I was pleasantly blown away by every single detail, from the friendliness of the gal checking us in to the impressive amenities.

Wouldn't change a thing!
