Very clean room, friendly staff.

Took two phone calls and an hour and then had to walk down to the front desk myself to get 2 extra pillows. Was told twice, that they'd be brought to me right away. But they never were, so I went to get them myself and got an excuse that someone told him the wrong room# but he was the only one there. I asked for the extra pillows at 1am, finally got them at 2am .... wasn't very happy about not being able to sleep until then. But overall, very clean and friendly staff. I'd stay there again. I'd just make sure to look at how many pillows there are and ask right away.

The room was quite large with plenty of room for sitting somewhere other than the bed. Breakfast hours (5a - 10a) were the longest of the whole trip. No fancy foods but well stocked and hot. The pool wasn't freezing and the hot tub was hot.

On the 3rd day the hot tub was was foamy due to too many chemicals.

Breakfast was fine - what I'd expect. Waffle iron - always a good thing. Good location for Cascade Mountain or Devil's Head skiing.

The in-wall heating unit was noisier than I'd like. And even when OFF it would wake up every so often and run for a minute. I had to unplug it at night so it didn't wake me up.

The executive king room was spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. I slept in and didn’t eat breakfast.

I stay here often in my home town whenever I visit family. The hotel never has enough employees on staff! There was one employee in the whole hotel on a busy Thursday night. No manager is on duty.

We appreciated the breakfast selections each morning.

The location and directions to the motel from the Wisconsin Dells was quite confusion. The motel hostess could not give a clear explanation of how to travel on the expressway. We were told that there were multiple ways to travel into Wisconsin Dells resort area. The circle directions for traveling to the motel and to the business area was so confusing. We did not engage in a Night Life of entertainment because we did not want to get lost!!!!

The breakfast exceeded my expectations, even for a hotel breakfast. We had no problems staying here. The staff was attentive to our needs. For the price, this is a great place to stay.

There was a bit of construction while we were staying there.

Breakfast was great, the pool was warm and clean, jacuzzi was working with the lights, the towels were refilled as used. The staff was friendly. The room was clean the beds were comfortable and we all got a good sleep.

The gym light were broken and down on equipment and I couldn’t really exercise in a dark .

The hotel was quiet and comfortable and easy to find. Friendly staff.

The breakfast was adequate, but not great - prefab eggs, just a few sad apples in the fruit stand, decaf coffee pot not working (though there was a functioning machine in the lobby).

Pool, hot tub, and breakfast were all great. We got there at 2:15 and were able to check in. Really liked the 11am checkout time.

Pillows were not comfortable at all, and the room ( king suite) didn't look as large as the pictures made it look.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Tammy provided great suggestions for a nearby restaurant for a family gathering, it was definitely a hit with all those in attendance.

More towels in our room would have been helpful, instead of just two shower towels and an extra roll of TP in the room. We were there for 5 nights.
