Very clean room, friendly staff.

Took two phone calls and an hour and then had to walk down to the front desk myself to get 2 extra pillows. Was told twice, that they'd be brought to me right away. But they never were, so I went to get them myself and got an excuse that someone told him the wrong room# but he was the only one there. I asked for the extra pillows at 1am, finally got them at 2am .... wasn't very happy about not being able to sleep until then. But overall, very clean and friendly staff. I'd stay there again. I'd just make sure to look at how many pillows there are and ask right away.

We appreciated the breakfast selections each morning.

The location and directions to the motel from the Wisconsin Dells was quite confusion. The motel hostess could not give a clear explanation of how to travel on the expressway. We were told that there were multiple ways to travel into Wisconsin Dells resort area. The circle directions for traveling to the motel and to the business area was so confusing. We did not engage in a Night Life of entertainment because we did not want to get lost!!!!

Breakfast was fine - what I'd expect. Waffle iron - always a good thing. Good location for Cascade Mountain or Devil's Head skiing.

The in-wall heating unit was noisier than I'd like. And even when OFF it would wake up every so often and run for a minute. I had to unplug it at night so it didn't wake me up.

The executive king room was spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. I slept in and didn’t eat breakfast.

I stay here often in my home town whenever I visit family. The hotel never has enough employees on staff! There was one employee in the whole hotel on a busy Thursday night. No manager is on duty.

Breakfast was great, the pool was warm and clean, jacuzzi was working with the lights, the towels were refilled as used. The staff was friendly. The room was clean the beds were comfortable and we all got a good sleep.

The gym light were broken and down on equipment and I couldn’t really exercise in a dark .

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Tammy provided great suggestions for a nearby restaurant for a family gathering, it was definitely a hit with all those in attendance.

More towels in our room would have been helpful, instead of just two shower towels and an extra roll of TP in the room. We were there for 5 nights.

The property was nice and inviting. Staff were amazingly friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable. It was a great value, close to the Wisconsin Dells and just a few minutes from multiple state parks. Great exercise facilities!

The parking lot was a little small and crowded. The pool was also temporarily closed during our stay.

The staff was very friendly. There was also little easter baskets and eggs with candy inside. I felt that was very cute that a staff member took the time to do that. Very nice added touch. Nice breakfast in the morning and good coffee. Clean space. Would definitely stay here again.

Only thing I would change is if I could stay at Best Westerns with my dog. I travel with her for work and we can't stay here when we are doing that.

Location was great, staff was affable and attentive, place is family friendly and the pool was well maintained, breakfast is good. The whole place was well maintained and parking was convenient.

There was a lil smell of tabaco cigarettes in the room, the place doesn't allow smokers but we definitely smelled that scent left behind after smoking ( it mostly came from the bathroom exhaust so it might be coming from other room).

Clean, comfortable rooms in a good location. Good value for the money

There is a breakfast, but it's not great. My room at night was too lit up, so I had to get a sleep mask. Normal issues with a cheaper hotel.
