The spacious room and kitchen and the view from the balcony were excellent. The beach and Caves Hotel are nearby, so parking was no problem.

We didn't like that the floors and shower were unclean upon arrival, and the mattress on the bed was super hard. Also, it would have been nice to have been offered a change of towels during our three-night stay. We thought this was unacceptable for the price of a room per night. The food nearby at Caves house is terrible.

The bed was very comfortable - excellent mattress, pillows and quilt. Lovely location with beautiful views across the well maintained gardens. The rooms had all the amenities that one would need. The Office Lady was friendly, efficient and helpful. The booking and check-in/out process was quick and simple. Convenient car park. Lovely restaurant next door.

Not much to dislike as it was a lovely property. I didn't like that people can smoke outside on balconies, this is intrusive on other patrons' stay considering how close the balconies are. I think the Information Books should contain more information on local restaurants, routes to the beach and nearby caves.

The room was spacious with a beautiful outlook over the gardens and Caves House. Loved how accessible the beach was as well through the path network into the townsite.

The only thing that would have made our stay even better was a pool to swim and lounge by. It wouldn’t prevent people also utilising the beach but would provide a more local shared place to meet other visitors, exercise throughout the day and just enjoy the beautiful gardens.

We had the 1 bedroom apartment with lots of space & full kitchen facilities. There were lovey garden views across Caves House, waking to the calls of cockatoos, galahs & bird calls. Easy parking right outside.

The bed was king size but very firm. This was the single disappointment for us. The nights rest was not comfortable. Maybe a bed topper, pillow top could have made a difference.

I absolutely loved the location of the Hotel surrounded by luxurious gardens and a beautiful beach with many wonderful eateries. It is an ideal place to eat well and stay fit as there is a direct walking path to the beach. All the vineyards are in easy access as well.

I am finding it very hard to find fault as the Hotel is situated so well with easy access to all the major attractions, beaches and major towns. The only negative is that it can get quite busy with crowds and there is a lot of traffic when travelling during the Easter holidays.

We loved our room- the balcony was beautiful for relaxing and enjoying the sunshine and unwinding. The bed was so comfortable! It was a very spacious apartment. The location was perfect, a lovely walk down to the beach through Caves House gardens.

We stay away often and this was a pricey weekend for just two nights and the type of accommodation. A pool would be a perfect addition.

The rooms are spacious, pretty and comfortable.

Reception staff went home early the day we arrived (2pm) and we were not notified prior to our stay that they were undergoing maintenance. The place stank of paint fumes. Extremely overwhelming. I couldn't sit on the balcony or have the door open. No wonder reception went home early. What a joy it was when they left shorter there after from painting only to return at 7am the next morning....

Loved the location near Yallingup Beach and the beautiful gardens surrounding Caves House. We upgraded to a one bedroom apartment and it was large and had great amenities. A lovely view over the treetops as well. We loved this apartment.

When booking this trip, I didn't realise that Seashells also had small, motel type rooms with a spa and this is what we had booked. It didn't have any plates, bowls or cutlery or toaster, so it didn't suit us. Though the manager did offer to get us some. Also, having the shower over the spa bath, with a rather high side, made it somewhat difficult getting in and out as we are getting older and have back issues.

Love the Seashells setting is beautiful

Had to stay in the hotel style room as it was only one available. Information in the room stated that tea coffee and towels would be replenished daily. It was not. Not good when you are trying to dry towels. Reception stated that Booking.com should have told us this. Maybe room information needs to be updated to state this. Would stay here again but in an apartment which we have stayed in previously.

We loved the floor room, as our 2.5 year old loved the easy access to the lawn area with the bunnies. Walking distance to the pub & the walk trail was great as we brought our daughters scooter & we went for a family walk.

We mostly loved our experience. The bed was a little harder then we like & you could hear people walking in the above rooms during the night. But overall we enjoyed our stay and will be back.
