The people here are fantastic. They were friendly, and sorted out a couple of minor problems quickly and graciously. There's good little space to sit outdoors, where you can take breakfast or have tea or coffee. Breakfast is varied and plentiful. The room on the top floor was spacious and comfortable, and the location about a 10 minute walk from the train station and the centre of town is very handy.

There is no lift, so keep that in mind when booking if this if this may be a problem. Some street noise on the Saturday evening, however closing the window blocked most of it out.

The check-in was quick: the staff was friendly and explained how to use the facility clearly. I only asked about the supermarket in neighbourhood... but 5 minutes after I entered the room, most clumsy of me, I dropped the curtain rail by pulling the wrong part! I reported back to the counter and he said he actually let me go before the store closes while he would be fixing the curtain. The room provides everything promised during booking. Outside the room, the corridor and staircases looked liked a part of the small museum. Breakfast was not provided inside the facility (as stated beforehand), but there was a small coffee shop nearby. The location was not close to the station but the street was very quite and felt secure even when I came back at night.

The locations is near to the train station and in a quiet area. Only few minutes walk to the main centre. The manager Valerio and Anna and the other girl are nice people.

We stayed few nights and we have to asked for toilet rolls, shampoo and soap one time. And also there is a kettle and teabags in the Loft that we stayed but no cups and teaspoons. You cannot even make a cup of tea unless you brought your on travel mug☺️

Lovely room in a magnificent building. Beautiful comfortable bed with feather duvet & memory foam mattress. Large bathroom with everything provided

Rooms not sound proofed: our first night we had in house entertainment of the couple next door having sex, many times so much so we had to turn the TV up to 30 to try and drown out the noises.A very disturbed sleep but at least next door enjoyed themselves. Would have been nice to have a kettle and cups in the room so we could have made ourselves a drink.

Valerio, host, is great person and he helped us for everything we needed. He organized our arrival from Begramo and waited for us in the late night. Even the breakfast was from 8am, we were coming each day around 7.30 (because of work) and all stuff were super kind and gave us coffee and breakfast. Last day, they gave us to leave stuff and be in the relax room until we had a flight🤗 Hotel is in quiet area, you can hear the birds, and it is 20min by walk to city centre. Rooms are too big, and they have small kitchen.

The interior design of the entering area is very beautiful. The small kitchen in the room is a big advantage, even though it's not so well equipped. It was quiet during the night and we were given breakfast for free, even though booking said there is no meal included which was a really nice gesture :)

There was no water, no coffee and no shampoo or shower gel, which was quite suprising as it is a hotel, so you expect these kind of things. Also the room was very dark during the day and water was not going down in the sink and in the shower as well

Everything, it is indeed exceptional for its category and the service they provide. Super clean and comfortable, spacious apartment with spacious bathroom with head shower. Sauna and ultimate Technogym equipped little gym. The breakfast was fresh and tasty, ladies were regularly checking on us if there us anything else we may need. The cost was a real find for the offer. The owners and their personnel was so welcoming and warm, attentive to our needs and even did an extra mile to get us supper at later hours after a long drive. Will definitely return. It is a real homelike gem in Brescia.

I liked everything, I cannot think of one thing I didn’t like. It was no problem for us at all, however I can assume that some guests with serious health problems may mind that there is no lift. However the personnel was happy to help with the luggage and the staircase is wide, spacious and stairs are easy to climb (old Italian villa). Shouldn’t be a hassle especially for the lower floors (there are only 3 floors in total).

Good, quiet location, only about 10 minutes from the railway station. Classic Italian apartment building, so the room was actually really big for the price paid. Almost a mini-suite. Comfortable bed and plenty of room to move around. Effective, warm shower. Helpful staff got in touch to ask about check-in time and were there expecting me.

The wifi was poor, weak and unreliable, sadly. Breakfast was only available from 7.45am and I had to leave earlier than that.

Very nice hotel with a lot of ambience and authenticity and a great family feel to it. Located in quiet street approx. 1 km. from central Piazza (Duomo). Please note that reception is closed at night and you let yourself in through side door (not a problem, just FYI). There was not iron in my room but I asked and they immediately found one for me. Well-stocked supermarket/grocery store approx. 200 meters up the street. Quaint little coffee shop approx. 100 meters up the street is a great breakfast spot if you do not opt for hotel breakfast. Typical Italian breakfast (sweet rolls etc.).

I would have liked a safety box in my room. Also, there was no electric kettle in the room or outside dining area (not a problem for me, but it was in the description when I booked).

I really liked the personalised touch they give to the way they deal with guest. Anna offered me coffee and Valerio dealt with all my questions and my problems and was rally nice to talk to . Both were amazing and Anna even took me to the hairdresser nearby. To be honest I will definitely go again and be with them . The room was also very large and comfortable. Valerio is a great host and it was so nice to talk to him.
