Cleanliness, quiet, close to surroundings attractions

Having to pay to park my own vehicle and a valet fee for parking my own vehicle plus if someone else parks. If I’m staying at the hotel it’s unprofessional to have a parking fee for customers visiting your establishment. Mad me so upset…

For the most part I was left alone to enjoy my stay. The bar/restaurant was great and the 24 hours snack store was incredibly convenient. I was given coupons for free water or coffee from the store or each day of my stay and while I didn't use them all, they were a great deal to know I had! The lobby was never super busy and the staff were friendly when ran into them. It always looked and smelled clean too, even with a pool service opened most of the day.

There was a promotion going on and I received too many phone calls. Calls to my room and my cell phone. I was not mad about the promotion and did not mind hearing about it but there was no way to opt out when I didn't want to hear about it, I just had to ignore the calls.

This hotel was incredible from my booking request to the way my sister & I were greeted upon arrival. The staff went out of their way like I've never seen!! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Our room was VERY clean and I'm picky about that. The facility was secure, clean and the location was perfect. We arrived after a long day at Sea world and were exhausted and hungry. The restaurant was closed but they gave me great tips on where to get a good pizza close to 10pm and it was delivered within 20 minutes on a Friday night. As a business owner I'm impressed with how we were made to feel very welcomed and appreciated! WELL DONE HILTON! From booking to valet to check-in, to arrival to our room, our stay and check out...EVERYTHING EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS and we look forward to staying with you any time we have a chance!

That I didn't check in sooner to enjoy the hotel more lol..

I liked that the property was very clean, staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The location was also perfect for us, as my son’s basketball tournament was directly across the street at the Convention Center. Having a 1 bedroom spacious hotel room is always a good choice.

Nothing. Although, our food was good 99% of the time, the fish and chips that were recommended was very bland and no seasoning. Also, the batter fell off the fish instantly.

The location was perfect for accessing the Orange County Convention Center -North Concourse. We traveled for a large 3 day tournament and we could easily walk over without fighting traffic. I also liked that the restaurant was open until 10. Often when we play afternoon/evening waves, we arrive back to the hotel exhausted and still have to find food. It was great to walk over after 7 hours of playing and grab a great dinner in the hotel and going right up to our room to rest.

I liked what I saw. I didn’t explore much as I was spending a lot of time away from the hotel. Staff was friendly but not fake about it. I didn’t have any complaints or issues during my stay but any questions I asked were answered quickly, efficiently, and professionally.

My bed was crazy uncomfortable. I don’t know if it’s because I’m used to the one I have at home but it felt like I was sleeping on the slatted foundation rather than a mattress.

This property is great for it's location to the convention center. It's definitely walkable. I also love the free washer/dryer on each floor and the kitchen. The game room is very kid friendly. They have pool tables and ping pong tables as well. Staff is friendly.

This property is older. The elevators are slow. The refrigerator in our room made noise and did wake us up at night. Also, the 10 am check out is too early.

I like the size of my room, the professionalism of the staff, and overall hospitality.

I thought the amount to park your own car was a bit too expensive. I think the restaurant should stay open past 9:00 PM, and offer more items on the menu. I also think that check-out should be as late as 11:00 am. Not 10:00AM.

The property was absolutely beautiful. The rooms were beautiful, clean and spacious. I loved it.

I didn’t like that check out was at 10 am and when I called down to extend it to 11 am (like the traditional check out time) the couldn’t accommodate me because they were already booked for all the late check outs.
