Hotel located at very strategy location, short walking distance to KL Sentral (Monorail/MRT/LRT/KLIA Express/KTM/bus station). The room & toilet very clean and spacious. Laundry shop, convenience store (7/11, Speedmart99, ABC), Nu Sentral shopping mall, all nearby and very convenient to travellers.

Only 1 suggestion that bathroom put on shower curtains when showering can prevent water split all over the floor.

The location is perfect.

The guy who checked us tried to “con” us into paying the tourists tax a second time. we had already paid it completely through booking but he argued and argued with us to pay it again. Told me to prove, we already paid it. I could not pull it up without a WiFi connection, since my phone is from another country and no data. We kept arguing until he finally let us go to the room. WhenI was able to get on WiFi, I found the proof we DID pay the tourist tax already and went down to show him. We never talked to us again. He turned his back each time we came and went from the hotel after that. Be Aware!!

Location is the biggest plus point of this hote. Its right next to KL Sentral station, NU shopping mall and there are plenty of food options nearby. The room was clean and spacious, pillows and bed were comfortable, even comes with a working mini-fridge. The front desk staff and housekeepers were friendly and helpful. Smooth check in and check out process.

Room looked a bit dated and could use a makeover. The wardrobe had a musty odour when opened so we didn't use it. The shower water pressure was inconsistent, water pressure will sometimes drop suddenly for a few seconds. Not sure if its by design to reduce water usage or there is some plumbing issue. Also, if your room is facing the monorail station, there will be some noise from the station announcements but its generally bearable.

Two particular NU staffs, Ms Shuda (handled the technically challenged booking procedures from our pre-arrival up til our checked out) went above & beyond in making sure esp my 3 little children arrived into a very clean & comfy room. And another female staff, who i didnt get her name during our walked in (the 2nd checked in straight in a week!), with no suitable room for us but really make sure to give us the best available room size...and yes, she arranged a great corner room thats equally comfy, clean & spacious.

If only we could stay in NU Hotel more longer...but as tehe saying goes "I WILL BE BARCKK!" (Arnold Swarzengero)

The hotel is located in the city centre, the room includes everything that is needed to stay for a night or two and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Check out hours are flexible. The room has got a Tv, an AC, a kettle and even some water/tea/coffee to use.

A towel and a bed sheet were washed but still with some stains on them.

Great location, walking distance to train station, KLIA Ekspress trains to/from airport, and metro stations - there is a shortcut through the NU shopping mall to the hotel if you arrive/leave before 21:00. Lots of good and affordable Chinese, Indian, Malay restaurants and street food in the neighbourhood. The rooms are functional and clean, with decent WiFi, and quiet at night. Self-service laundromats are just a block away. Good value for money!

Instructions on how to walk to the hotel from the Airport KLIA Ekspress train terminal would have been helpful, as the train station/ shopping mall complex is quite big, and to get to the hotel when the shopping mall is closed is quite an endeavour!

Initially, NU Hotel was not my first choice for booking. However, I was wrong. It was nothing I expected from a budget hotel. The staff fulfill all my requests immediately, and they are very helpful. The hotel is very clean and convenient to travel to, but not as convenient for the elderly to travel back and forth from the hotel to KL Sentral. Overall, I will be going back here in the future.

There are some small things to be improved, such as the water flow on the floor in the toilet has to be improved, as it doesn't flow out properly.

I had amazing stay at the hotel, located at one of the most convenient locations in KL, with public transportion and all other ammenities just walking distance from the hotel, The staff was very professional and courteous, Sudha was very friendly and let me check in early, I liked the hotel so kuch that I extended my stay and was easily done by the help of Risha, special shoutout to this hard working fellow Farhad who handled housekeeping and even recommended places nearby. The room was very clean, the bed was super comfortable. Highly recommended to anyone who is looking for short or a long stay.

All good, nothing to dislike

Central location with direct access to NU central, Central Railway that operates trains to every part of the country, and the best thing was it takes only a single train from KL International Airport to NU hotel for a rate as cheap as MYR 55 that is KLIA Express. Room was clean, even though the hotel was located next to the central railway station, ambience was excellent. Room was equipped with tea/coffee making facility with required condiments. Outside noises were not penetrating the room as it seemed to be. Daily cleaning was taken place. Affordable and I was extremely satisfied.

A/C was directly above the head. It was bit uncomfortable during the night.

Super clean and rooms look new. Even though it's a budget hotel, the room had enough space to walk around. Bathroom and toilet bowl was clean. The location is very good and accessible to many attractions and food joints nearby. Walking distance from Kl sentral station and Nu sentral mall. Tea Coffee sachets and kettle available in the room and there is a iron board kept at the corridors. There is a limited free parking space at a 5 min walk away (next to a Chinese temple) and paid parking area at the traffic light intersection, a lil ahead of the Chinese temple.

The glass partition between the toilet and shower can be made wider so that the shower water is not sprayed all over the bathroom. This is a MINOR complaint though. The location is slightly noisy and u can ignore this fact if you are on a transit stay and or just using the room to shower and sleep. This however didn't matter to me coz I already knew where the hotel is located. Toiletries include one hand soap and one tiny bottle each of shower gel and conditioner.
