Room VERY cold on arrival but rectified immediately. Heating issues explained-and given two safe heaters-which heated up the room almost instantly. Bedding could have been thicker( for winter)-although room warmed up lovely Would have been nicer to have two mugs instead of 1 mug and 1 plastic cup for tea and coffee- but enjoyed drinks nevertheless

The location is what I needed for the purposes of my stay. The price was good value for money. The staff friendly (I did meet them, and I know what other reviews have said; however, this hotel does NOT have a staffed reception - key code door, and key code locker for the room key, hence the price). The bed was comfortable enough.

Might be worth investing in slightly higher tog duvets!

v friendly staff. v comfy room and bed. Well located for centre and for motorway. Good provision of toiletries and tea/coffee. Easy to park. Good facilties to work (desk, lots of power points). Good lighting in room.

Could not get wi-fi to work (but used own mobile data) Room could have had wardrobe or chest of drawers. E-mail telling me how to get in did not arrive till after I did- I had to phone contact number AND wait to be rung back.

Great value, pizza place and corner shop right across road. Comfortable beds. TV in room for YouTube etc, complimentary coffees, soap and shower gel. I enjoyed the lack of staff as the check in was a breeze, just one phone call and within 2 mins we were in our room. CCTV cameras all over the hallways and entrance .

Floor was a little dirty but more so stained from people walking around in shoes. Stains however looked old

Beautifully clean very comfortable great location great pizza shop across the road perfect stay.i was a bit wary reading prior reviews but all in all a great stay and brilliant Value I would certainly use it again

- Super fast Wifi (I even had Zoom calls) - Bathroom and bed were clean and smelled nice - The instruction how to enter the room was detailed - There were a kettle, a tea tray and some soap and shampoo provided

- The room was with two separate beds, but we booked a double bed. That was impossible to pair them together. They were separated with a bedside table screwed to the floor. - There wasn’t a hair dryer in the room

Was a nice room. Quiet area and cheap enough for me. Actually stayed longer than I wanted and enjoyed every minute. Would definitely stay again.

Value is amazing,clean well kept rooms,shower was better than my own and customer service was faultless,pizza place opposite is a must

WiFi could have been faster but considering it's free I couldn't moan

The room was nice and the bathroom was clean aside from the rope switch used to turn on the light.

The floors were a bit dirty and the tv was a bit glitchy but that’s about it.

Hotel owners were decent people, the room was comfortable, and good value for money
