You guys made our stay truly delightful and we are so grateful for your hospitality. The property is massive, set in a beautiful location by the beach. With over a 100 rooms (chalets and villas), it does not feel crowded despite being fully booked. The chalets and villas are interspersed with lush greenery, well-designed pools, winding pathways, event spaces and sprawling gardens. The architecture and overall aesthetic blend intricate heritage design elements and modern amenities seamlessly. Free buggy services take you around the property. A range of activities are offered for every kind of traveller, be it families with kids, the elderly, couples, friends, or solo travellers. The beach at the edge of the property is wonderful for an early morning or evening walk. The deck by the beach is a great option for those who prefer to enjoy the sea from a vantage point. The sea breeze and sound of the waves make the dining experience at the Wharf restaurant even more enjoyable. The food is delectable, with a range of interesting options to choose from. Best for sunset and dinners. Chef Siva and his team create a wonderful experience each time you visit.

Inordinate slow service in restaurants.nearly 15 of our family stayed there recently. My cousin from Canada stayed in Room 507 from 27-30 January 2025. He had a four year old kid. He ordered a fried egg and toast to room. Learning that it would take 40 minutes he transferred the order to restaurant stating he will eat at the restaurant after 40 minutes. The restaurant agreed and he turned up at the restaurant after forty minutes. The restaurant took another 40 minutes to place fried egg n toast on his table. Again dinner was organised for a group of eight at the Wharf and orders were placed for two big crabs in the forenoon . When v turned up for dinner Wharf took another hour and a half more to place the food on our table

Professionalism, support and hospitality of Mr. Pakaj who cared about us as a father. Big thanks for Mr. Abdul in the restaurant and Mr. lifeguard at the swimming pool for their care, attention snd support.Beautiful, well-kept area full of vegetation. Proximity to the Bay of Bengal. Huge swimming pool,the second largest in Asia. The best food I ever eat in my life in the restaurant wide selection of dishes.

Problem with card payment. We were not informed that the staff was half an hour late for our massage appointment. Our fridge was not restocked daily.The gym lacks dumbbells of lower weight for women. Once we had to ask for a towel and water because they ran out.

Loved sitting on the front porch, feeling the ocean breeze and watching the sunrise. Beautiful grounds and very accommodating staff. Very accessible to Mahabalipuram. We appreciated that there was a playground. The fish at Wharf 2.0 was delicious and we loved the location and seaside shack feel of that restaurant!

Our kids were delighted by the size of the pool. However, we were concerned about the water quality, since it appeared cloudy. We would have appreciated a poolside snack bar, but we were able to find someone to take a food/drink order. Finally, our room did not look as warm as those in the pictures, I would say it was a little more basic - our room was perfectly clean and comfortable, but I was a little surprised given the price of this place.

The pool area which wraps around is stunning It enables guests to have a bit of privacy. Layout in this area is good. The spa is excellent. Gardens are well maintained. Well greater on arrival Lovely lobby area. The Wharf restaurant is worth visiting as the food choice is good and great location by the sea.

The hotel seems to caters for Indian functions. The breakfast choice is therefore limited for European style breakfast. The bar area is ok but nothing special. Our room was good but the bathroom area needs to be updated as shabby.

We arrived late at night and received a wonderful welcome from the tireless staff. The room was peaceful, clean and spacious. The grounds are well kept, lush with jungly gardens and beautiful. Breakfast buffet was the best breakfast of our whole trip. The Dosas were by far the finest we had in India. Pools were clean, welcoming and fragrant with the surrounding flower trees. A special shout out to the resort’s spa and to the spa manager Partha. We booked various Ayurvedic massages and each of us had a very unique and memorable experience. The masseurs were highly professional. The facilities are clean and have special Ayurvedic beds , heated spices oils and steam baths. Highly recommended

I asked for a later check-out and was running late at the day spa and I felt my parents were bombarded to leave the room. They received more than 4 phone calls and had people knocking at the door asking them to leave. I understand that the room probably had to be cleaned for another guest but it was a little bit excessive and definitely made us all feel pressured.

Great location at the beach with our beach suite. Staff provided us with a baby cot that perfectly fit our 6-month baby girl. Very helpful staff overall and we especially loved the afternoon high-tea and the early morning walk on beach. We also took our baby on stroller from beach suite to the breakfast area every morning and ahead absolutely loved it.

Suite is slightly small in size for a couple and a kid, some of interiors are starting to wear off. But overall that is expected for a property over time. Pricing is on higher end.

Breakfast service was excellent. Hi tea was a great compliment. Spa was great. Rooms were very comfortable. Outdoor jacuzzi/bath was my first experience in all international hotel visited. Pool privacy was excellent.

Pool was not cleaned till the last day of checkout in spite of several request made through the intercom. External events inside the resort by high sound drums in the morning are disturbance to the guest. Such things should be strictly avoided. Even though events were business, resort guest should have privacy. So much event attendees were seen roaming around but receptionist not allowed my guest inside at 7 pm. This rule I'm hearing for the first time in a star hotel. Even conservative gulf hotels are not following this.

Radisson Blu Temple Bay in Mahabalipuram offers a great stay with a few standout features. The infinity pool is a highlight, providing breathtaking views of the coastline—perfect for some relaxation. The on-site restaurant, Wharf 2.0, is another gem, with an absolutely amazing fish menu and astounding views of the ocean. The location right by the beach is ideal, and while the service is generally good, it can be a bit hit-or-miss. Overall, it's a solid choice, especially if you’re looking to enjoy some fantastic seafood with a view.
