Location and facilities are fantastic . Restaurant Staff Rajendra, zakir, Satish, Ganga, suman, housekeeping staff Jayakumar and buggy staff Raju were all exceptionally attentive to our needs each and everyday !! Special mention to Rajendra and Zakir- top notch attention to guests !

There was the first day mess up with the room allotted which took a long time to get sorted out. It wasn’t cool. The staff at the reception quite didn’t understand the concept of a room with no balcony versus room with no view. And they tried explaining us over and over again. While I was laying sick in room exhausted from travel.

The property was very good, liked the room and the little garden view seating was cozy, the beach side restaurant was pleasant. Overall our stay was fantastic. Absolutely wonderful place, great hospitality by Ananthu from the restaurant and the front desk was quick. Great experience. we will for sure visit again.

Except for the room service in the night. We ordered a chocolate brownie with ice cream and by the time it came to our room the brownie was hard as a rock and the ice cream melted and became watery. I had to call multiple times to remind them to bring it to our room. We had ordered and paid in the beach side restaurant to be delivered to our room. Except for this we had a good time.

Breakfast was pretty good with live stations for eggs and Dosai. The pool was clean and had a lot of fun there. Beach was also good but was closed at 6 PM. It would be good if the beach was open for a little longer. The rooms were very good and had an outdoor patio overlooking the gardens. It was a great place to hang around and spend time.

I felt that the rooms were slightly pricey. Beach being closed after 6PM seemed too early.

Right from the reception/ restaurant/ and all associated staff were too good. Their smiling services made our stay not only comfortable but exiting too . The food were delicious. Good Spread for breakfast. Restaurant food n services were amazing. All three families enjoyed the stay amidst hot climate keep it up.

Access to the beach superb!! Pool amazing!!! Rooms superb!!

Dint feel the hospitality from staffs which we usually get from every other 5 star property. We after travelling hours of road trip...we were shocked to see we werent served welcome drink which we needed the most then to relax..others who also checked in were nicely enjoying their welcome drink!! Strange!! Beach restaurant has most of the dishes out of stock. On asking about details of the dish..they are not clear at explaining..which actually confused us and we ended up buying wrong dishes...

This was our first time at welcomhotel and it was beyond amazing. The staff are so welcoming- Priya , Artira and Harish were helpful and kind at all times . Ms.Priya made sure we were comfortable at all times .The servers were also very polite and helpful even during the rain. The food was amazing . The ambience of every place was so aesthetic. The greenery stole our hearts as we are big fans of nature .

The spa should have more staffing because every time we visited there was only one lady and she was busy . So we could not enjoy that feature of our stay . Apart from that everything was top notch .

the breakfast was excellent and very elaborate. It was a feeling of luxury at a very reasonable price. The food at Namma shak was too good. The suggestions given by your team regarding selection of food was excellent. Your ground staff Ms.Jothi and front desk Ms. Roma priya were very knowledgeable and very friendly. The pool was good . The beach view was very nice . the buffet for lunch and dinner was also very elaborate with mouth watering dishes and deserts.

I strongly feel that people using the beach must avoid the pool because they carry a lot of mud in their costume and a single shower near the pool does not give away with the mud in their body. at the entrance of the pool one can feel the mud in the water. extra volunteers can solve the issue to a certain extent.

The proximity to the beach is the usp of the property

Unmaintained and non manicured garden area of entrance to the garden view bungalow rooms . Also the beautiful view leading to the swimming pool is spoiled by the non landscaped roof top of the change rooms . The roof top can be beautifully landscaped to enhance the experience

We booked 2 garden view rooms, rooms are decent with all amenities, and a good sized balcony. Pool was amazing, view from pool to beach was good. private beach access was good, they have a seating arrangement to watch sunrise, it was beautiful. They sent us buggy when we called to go to beach, however the walkways are very beautiful as well. We had dinner at restaurant. Both Breakfast and dinner buffet are decent, but not elaborate.

At break fast and dinner, vegetarian options, mainly vegan desserts are very few, which was disappointing. Indoor games are in the lobby, they just had few broken board games, could have been better. Most resorts in that area at this price offer complimentary hi-tea in the evenings with coffee/tea and snacks, which would be a nice gesture
