Property was clean, staff friendly and location good. All our needs were catered for and we enjoyed our stay.

Some of the junior staff were a bit disorganised, some had poor English and it was difficult to be understood. Restaurant opening times seemed to change at random but this is a minor thing.

Everything was Okay. Good location and good resort.

Breakfast spread is good. Location is right on the beach with private access and hence very good. Landscaping is done well and maintained, swimming pool was also maintained well. Staff was very courteous and helpful.

Beds were very uncomfortable as the mattresses seemed old and worn out. There was no closed wardrobe which made it a little tough to keep stuff. Bathroom did not have any place to keep toileteries and was inconvenient. There was no hair drier which should be definitely available in sea resorts.

The entire experience was1 star compared to the 5 star pricing. On check in we were told that there we no family rooms available but separate rooms will be given. When I demanded for the room that I booked, they miraculously found one. On entering we were received with the stench from the bathrooms. The furniture was just about functional, beds not comfortable, bed sheets not covering the entire bed, worn out sofas. one of the closets did not have a door. The bathroom design was poor, the glass partition barely kept the water out of the toilet area. The swimming pool was cloudy and not enough filtration done, and even when reported, not much was done. The TT table was not cleaned after some bird poop, the TT racquets had seen better days. Fellow guests were seen in their entire attire after coming from the beach in the swimming pool. Food- the least said the better. Breakfast was an apology set up in a banquet room with no exhaust. The Bhaji for the poori was completely minus salt. Room service dinner was even pathetic. None tasted remotely to chinese- we were served a yellowish noodles with no flavour.

The location and the property is good.

The service is worst. The breakfast is not continental as specified, it's just Indian breakfast with not much options. There were tiny bugs in the room, there was no hot water in the bathroom. we did find stones in the food which we ordered from the restaurant, staff had communication issues, we were not allowed to use the other amenities (carrom or table tennis), the pool was not clean we had to call N number of times to the reception for every single thing. The service is worst. It's not worth for what we pay. Only 2 staff members were kind enough.

Staying at this location is wastage of money. I will communicate to all possible links not to stay here. I think ordinary lodge is will be better. Service and food quality is worst. It will be better please delist from your website otherwise Booking.com will loose credibility.

Except location all other things are worst. You can say negative return on investment.
