Good, Pleasant stay with good amenities and value for money. All the staffs(reception, Restaurant, Helpers, Chef) were very polite, helpful. Food was at a Great quality and kids friendly. Swimming pool were maintained v well and clean. The lifeguard Mr.Karthikeyan is a wonderful person who smiles at every kids, Cheers them and provides the needful support. Movie screening for kids was good and board games were decent.

Children's playarea could be maintained even better and can add access to beach outside since currently the beach access from inside is closed. Rest all are very good.

We thoroughly enjoyed the half-board buffet—it was delicious and offered a peaceful dining experience. The kids had a fantastic time cycling around, which was a highlight for them. Santosh at the front desk was exceptional, providing outstanding service that made our stay even more pleasant. This was our second visit, and we loved the place despite the absence of a beach, sauna, or steam facilities. The tranquility and family-friendly atmosphere made it a wonderful getaway for us.

The property lacks direct beach access, which could be a downside for some guests. It would be great if they could partner with nearby facilities or private beaches and offer a shuttle service for customers. This addition would enhance the overall experience and provide more options for relaxation. On a positive note, the movie night was fantastic! It added a lovely touch to the stay and was a great way to unwind with the family.

Apologies for the delayed share! We recently had a wonderful and relaxing stay at the Four Points Sheraton Mahabalipuram during our vacation. I want to give a special shoutout to the staff members who made our experience so pleasant, especially for my mom and me. A big thank you to Kumaresh, Puja, Pranab, Teresa, Sourab, and a few other boys and girls from the restaurant. My mom, being a senior citizen, required a little extra care, attention, and handling, and the staff provided it all with warmth and attentiveness. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for some leisure time, as the resort truly offers a relaxing experience. My mom is already eager to visit again—she absolutely loved it!

The staff who are working in this hotel. Be it the Chef, Front desk, house keeping, the bar, restaurant etc., everyone had a smile on their face and are very welcoming. Special menti9n to the Chef Vijaykumar who gave me company during breakfast and always up for a chat. Murali from the bar was very cooperative and surprised me with cocktails which I never tasted before. I forgot the names of the room service peoplr who served me the food who were very friendly and supportive. One of the dish was not cooked properly and they replaced it with a new dish without any fuss. Kudos to every staff and need to thank whoever the manager is to keep the environment lively and welcoming. Thank you Four Points by Sheraton. See you soon.

The property was spacious, with lot of green open area. The room was quite large.

The facilities were quite basic, given the price. Location was far away from Mahabalipuram. Although inside the room it was clean, the staircase was quite dirty. After ordering in room dining, guests leave the plates outside their rooms and those are not cleared for a long time. Stray cats make a mess there. Even after complaining prompt action was not taken. The options for food were quite limited. One big problem was noise. At wee hours in the morning, nearby temple uses loudspeakers to broadcast their chanting. It is not possible to sleep.

1. Rooms were excellent. Cozy, spacious, modern and tidy. 2. The breakfast buffet spread was excellent. A lot of varieties and tasty as well. 3. Very kind and polite staff in all departments. Front desk, restaurant, pool and room service. 4. Great pool. Pretty shallow so very safe for kids. Pool floaters were also available, which makes it more fun. 5. Entire resort area is filled with trees and hammocks.

1. Kids activities were arranged only on the last day, Sunday. Would have been great if it was available on all days. 2. Car parking is not covered. The sun was beating down on the car all day long.

Staff in Restaurant were exceptional food lovely.

I sent a message via booking.com the day before checkin to say I would be slightly early. I received no reply! Upon checking in at 2.30pm I had to wait until 3pm to have my room, although other people checked in and got their rooms before me. On my last day I was happy to checkout early just so I could have an early checkin at the beginning. I have travelled from. Cochin to Chennai and this was the only place I wasn't allowed to checkin early, but this was the most expensive hotel along the way, which isn't good practice if you are happy to leave earlier on your last day.

The resort was amazing and we had good fun as a family. The amenities, though limited were maintained well and very clean. The hammocks outside each room provide a good relaxation. The breakfast buffet had a wonderful spread and the staff was extremely courteous. Overall, the experience was great!

A la carte that we ordered for dinner was not great and definitely worth the money! Better to eat outside.

Breakfast mirrored this high standard, offering a diverse selection that included delicious waffles and pancakes. This package is undoubtedly worthwhile. The hotel hosted wonderful activities, including a fantastic hi-tea and engaging group games for both kids and adults. Movie nights and providing bicycles for kids to explore the expansive 25-acre property added a special touch. Despite the absence of a beach, the pool area was pristine and enjoyable. The chalets were not only spacious but also impeccably maintained, ensuring a hygienic environment. Our family thoroughly enjoyed every moment at Four Points Sheraton Mahabalipuram and highly recommend it, especially for celebrating special occasions or creating cherished family memories. The overall experience, coupled with the attentive staff and impressive amenities, made our stay truly memorable.

The place was well maintained. You can see the staff handling service and maintenance efficiently. Room was comfortable. There are enough activities to keep one busy through the day even if you don't go out sightseeing. The swimming pool, archery, TT, carrom, etc kept us active. Housekeeping staff are courteous and attentive to any requests. Overall we had a very relaxed stay for 2 nights with family.
