Good breakfast spread. The rooms are cozy and are great for 2 people. Proximity to tourist attractions and the beach. They have an Aviary which has very interesting birds.

The restaurant can do with better cleanliness in line with the entire resort. Care also should be taken that customers are served fresh hot food. The Vadas served to us were cold and on asking the same were heated and got back to us. Some of the birds in the Aviary didn't look healthy. Exotic birds which are not in their natural habitat and are caged isn't fair to them.

Amazing property with a well maintained ambience. THe highlight was the hospitality and the bird park, and also we all loved the food. Amazing experience, especially since we were there off season, got to spend some ample time in the pool and explore other facilities. Senthil the bird care-taker was great in helping us understand about the birds and it amplified our experience. I just wish this property was a lil close to the beach. Anyways, you have a autorickshaw driver or cab just a call away, so no complaints

The free breakfast was great. Cooked on site and was an authentic Indian breakfast, with fresh fruit and practically unlimited coffee too. The pool was very relaxing and very clean!

The wifi didn't work for our entire 2 night stay, we were fortunate to have a 4g data connection on our phones to be able to plan the trip properly. We ate dinner at the restaurant on the first night, but it was quite disappointing. The atmostphere in the restaurant was lacking, with very bright white lights and loud party style music. The food was also very bland, I think they must tone down the use of spices for tourists. The hotel is a nice walk into town during the day, but at night it's almost pitch black just outside the premises so you have to get a tuktuk. Not too big a deal, but felt like a bit of an inconvenience, as the driver needed to know a pickup time.

Peaceful stay, nice breakfast. Restaurant staff's was very good, even if we go at the end of the breakfast time they welcomed happily & served nicely. Particularly Mr. ANTONY.

When we r going with family or friends during check out usually on time but some times due to some reasons it may take 15,20 mins delay for that he (the receptionist old guy) treated very badly & murmering & his response was very bad. We were stating 2 day's we feel good & peaceful stay but due to his bad response during checkout we absolutely fed up & left, I agree I was delay for 15 mins but there is some tolerance is needed.

The property is small but cozy. Food was reasonably good. Room was clean.

Every day I was getting message both through WhatsApp and mail stating that my payment has failed and my booking is not confirmed, even though the condition while booking was “payment on arrival, while checking in”. Even though I called them and complained, still it continued. I was told that they are automated messages. However it was really irritating.

Just out of town the Bodiwoods resort is quiet and yet within walking distance of the tourist attractions. The accommodation was a large pod type individual room with AC. The gardens created space to walk around and the aviary containing lots of parrots, macaws etc was a real bonus. The onsite restaurant produced a good breakfast with helpful staff and good European options on request.

The swimming pool looked inviting but was too cold to make use of.

Bodhiwoods is a very pleasant and friendly place just outside of the centre of Mahabs. The chalets are clean and comfortable and all of the staff are very helpful. Breakfast was huge and varied. It's a good place for families with It's pool, aviary and play areas but is also fine for solo travellers. A short walk into town but feels a way away from the noise and dust in the pretty garden.

We stayed at the resort for three nights. We initially booked the 1-room chalet but once we got there we decided to upgrade to the chalet, which is more spacious inside and also has a small private patio. The location is great because it is nice and quiet on the outskirts of town but it is still easy to get into town. The staff were exceptionally helpful and polite especially the young woman (unfortunately I don't know her name), who seemed to be the duty manager. The onsite restaurant is good, lunch and dinner is made to order and there is a good choice. The aviary was a nice little additional feature and the gentleman who looks after the parrots is very helpful showing you the birds.

The village style layout of the cabins makes for a cosy yet private stay. The cabins are a good size and very comfortable and extremley clean. The resuruant offers a very good breakfast and evening meal but is also open throughout the day for individual orders that are prepared very quickly. The swimming pool is nice and the aviary are great additions to the resort. The staff really are the jewel in the crown of Bohdi woods. Friendly, polite, professional, efficient, and always smiling. There is always someone close by to take care of your requests extremley quickly but at the same time managing to give you space and privacy.

There was nothing I didn't like. I marked the location 4 out of 5 just for the fact it was a 15 to 20 minutes walk into the town. We enjoyed the walk and didn't find it a problem but thought others may find this helpful to know when booking.

Breakfast was delicious. It had so many varieties and all were too good. Great service by the team.

First time we paid 7000 using booking.com which wasn't success. Again when paid using stayflexi next day , it showed larger amount than previous day. Ofcourse, it was our job to look for better deals, however, some action could be taken to remove the unwanted booking sites. Customers can compare different booking gateways to get best deal and then book. We spent 8000 which could have been 6000 if we had booked using good offer.
