The hosts Lara and Roberto went out of their way to please. The room was spacious,comfortable bed great shower and plenty of tea making facilities and a fridge. A 15 minute walk from the train station and close to ferry connections also. It was spotlessly clean and 5 minutes walk away from the main town in Lecco. Plenty of restaurants along the lake and a lovely place to sit and relax. It was a homely place to come back to after the busy town, quiet at night and very cosy. The breakfast was amazing, as we are vegetarians Lara made efforts to make it variable, we were happy with the options. A brilliant host, friendly and professional. I recommend it.

Absolutely nothing!

Everything was just right. The owners are so sweet and helpful with anything you could want or need, we got great recommendations from them and really enjoyed our stay. The room was cute and cozy, the location just perfect for walking around but yet in a peaceful street so no noise came through in the night. The breakfast was tasty and sufficient and this was the perfect spot for us for exploring Lake Como.

Not really a dislike, but the parking situation is a bit tight. Everything worked out fine though, just something to be aware of.

Rented a room in this hotel for my mother that was visiting Lecco in the beginning of May. She was extremely pleased by the size of the room, amenities and amazing breakfast. Location was great too - just a couple minutes from lake Como and 7-8 minutes to the city center. But most importantly, owners of this place are extremely welcoming and helpful. The shared many tips for getting around the area, visiting local restaurants and travelling around Lake Como, that made my mom's stay unforgettable.

Everything was great, no complains whatsoever.

Lara was a great host, and the room was very clean and spacious, with plenty of tea and coffee supplies. We were able to park our motorbike inside the locked gate which was a bonus. The centre and lake were just a short walk away, with lots of restaurants to chose from. Breakfast was very good and you have the dining area to yourself as there are only 2 rooms so you need to book a time.

Everything was great, starting with the host, who is a lovely lady, very welcoming and always there to help. Breakfast was fresh and varied, room was equiped with everyting you need - comfortable bed, private bath with toiletries. The accommodation is very well located within walking distance from the train station and town center. We couldn't have asked for more!

Location was brilliant - just three minutes walk from the lakeside. We also walked to either the station, the ferry terminal or the town every day. The room was immaculate and breakfast was a varied treat. The owners are friendly and really helpful.

The room is very well located, a 15 minute walk from Lecco station. The cleanliness is very appreciated and the AC is a lifesaver in the summer. Larysa is very helpful and flexible. The breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day!

The room was nice and clean. Staff / owners very friendly and helpflul. We were asked what time would we like to have the breafast ready downstairs. The breakfast was good, and many times asked did we need something more :) Lake was nearby and in the beach promenade few nice restaurants. We stayed only for 1 night, so can't really tell much more.

The accommondation was quite hard to find, because we missed the small label in front of the houses gate. We arrived walking in the evening when it was dark. Lake views were great. Afterwards I saw in my inbox messages that they had offered to pick us up from the train station.

The property was clean and easily accessible. Our hosts were amazing and incredibly accommodating, with breakfast every morning.

It was a bit farther from the train station and city center than anticipated.
