It's a treat to have an ensuite sauna in the suite. Having the shower right where it should be with a sauna was so appreciated. The living room has a counter deal with a bar cube fridge making a compact but fully functional office niche. Large windows looking into the gardens of the property was also appreciated. Parking was a breeze although it's just across the narrow street. Although there's a highway a short distance away no sounds were perceived from there not from other guests staying.. The breakfast is divine in a buffet style. It was not included in my booking but it was well worth the added expense. Although considered to be at the edge of town there are amenities both within town and nearby just outside of the town limits.

Although it had no impact to me, there's is a smoking area outside the entry door. For some even third hand smoke could be an issue. I've gotten used to smoking areas to be away from doorways for the above reason and to prevent the smoke from being inadvertently being drawn in.

I travaled with family. Husband, I and 5 years old daughter. We get room nr.6. I really liked all. Very cosy and room nr.6 has big terase from which you can see your car. Yes, this place has parking area. We get 1 big size bed and I it was very comfortable, room was clean and stylish, windowsill was from wood, blackout curtains, cosy lightning in the ceiling, big tv, with extra small lights next to your bed. It's location is very close to big shopping area - Ikea, Rimi with big shopping center where is ice rink and climbing attractions, Macdonald, other big shops (gardening) and gas stations, but it wasn't loud. With car it took about ~ 8-10 m till center of the city.

Spotless clean, comfy double bed, good breakfast (9Eur per adult), cozy warm rooms. In the backyard there is a sandbox and a small swing, good for kids to play. Can park the car right in front of the house. The Lounakeskus shopping center is just 3min by car and it has ice skating hall/adventure park (rope tracs), Rimi, Coop etc. AHAA center is 10min by car. In the room had a small fridge, many towels, hair dryer, glasses for water. Outside the room in the common area was a water stand, coffee machine, electric kettle, teas. Late check-in possible. Can pay by card. Breakfast timing can be arranged.

Maybe the sound isolation for floors. We were on 2nd floor, I'm not sure if they have, but better to take a room on 1st floor if you have a small kid who tends to run or jump rather than walk quietly. Walls were thick so no problem on that part.

Convenient hotel location close to the Estonian national road 2, clean and beautiful room, very nice staff. Consider going to Tartu Old Town or Eesti Rahva Muuseum (they do have descriptions in English so nothing to worry about) by bus as the stop is not that far away and you can just use your contactless debit card on the bus machine to pay for the ride!

we had a wonderful city break and after all the walking around it was absolutely amazing to be able to unwind and enjoy a lovely Sauna, relax, rest and recover in the beautiful room at the incredible Veeriku Villa - the staff were very welcoming, kind, flexible and friendly and it was such a nice touch to be offered double espresso on our arrival after all the exhausting travelling - thank you so much for everything and we wish to visit you again very soon and hopefully be able to stay in the same room once more!

Everything is very well thougt and so carefully considered that guests will be guaranteed to have a comfortable stay here.

It is incredibly difficult to find any fault or flaw anywhere but if forced to think of something that could be even better in future it would be to have a showerhead installed next to the toilet as this is something I am personally used to and it is a preference which makes many things easier but I'm picking at straws since the room was otherwise perfect.

It is very nice hotel. Room is clean and with big terrace. Shop is near and the city center of Tartu is near. Very good breakfast, there are all you need - simple but served it with chic. We will return if will be near Tartu. Thanks!

If you stay here just remember to take own shampoo with you or shower gel as they were not in bathroom, that is simple and easy. Do not spoil your holidays just with small things and as I said - shop is near.

A truly enjoyable stay! The room was spotless and the balcony was fantastic. The easy parking and the close proximity to Lõunakeskus and other shops made for a very convenient experience,

Excellent location. Near the main road and shopping centre but still private and near nature. The staff was polite and helpful and the room nice and clean.

There was some trouble with the wifi. It was extremely slow at first but the staff agreed to restart the router which made it usable but not perfect. They should consult an IT- specialist to make it more stable.

It looked good, the neighbourhood was nice and quiet. The apartments looked fresh, and the shower smelled like sauna, which I enjoyed.

That there was nobody at the reception during our check-out
