The staff was friendly and the hotel was laid out in an easy way to navigate. I put a "do not disturb" sign on the door the whole stay and was not bothered at all. I figured this would prevent the cleaning crew from doing unnecessary work that wasn't needed each day in my case.

There could have had a hand held showerhead, but I understand that would add extra costs. The walls seemed to be thin because I could hear the neighbors early in the morning. Also, the bar soap deteriorates pretty quickly. Mine didn't make it through 2 showers before it crumbled to pieces. Finally, the tv was very confusing. There were apps that showed up on the main screen, but wanted usernames & passwords entered once they were clicked on. It was difficult picking a show real quick because most things needed to be downloaded and the guest couldn't really tell if they being charged extra of not. I wasn't charged extra, but it was most likely because the TV was so confusing that I just left it off most of the time.

The bed was broken in our queen size double bed room. The bed was tilted at the head of the bed and the foot part was lifted. Very uncomfortable! Also our toilet was stopped up and over flooded twice. Had to get a plunger from front desk. The last thing was the check out lady that goes door to door to see if your staying was very rude. Otherwise that it was an amazing experience.

Loved the pool and Waffle House next door

Maid service was rude and took pictures of trash when moving rooms had a water leak and mold in our first room to be rushed to switch rooms and then not even offered a discount

The property was well kept and price was excellent.

The service of the front desk clerk upon arriving was rude and not friendly at all. He actually seemed annoyed with the customers.

Rooms were clean and setup Needed more towels Ice machine broken no ice And no breakfast available But good thing was all needs are waking distance gas station, restaurant s night live great

The TV's suck but thats ok. I enjoy myself but the staff always comes through for me on my travel times. I just like this hotel plan and simple.

The TV situation. Old analog and channel variety but thats my only complaint if any.

No breakfast available. Staff were kind. Beds too soft for our liking but comfy. Exceptional place compared to area and pricing.

The room was nice and right next to parking lot. There was a nice microwave and fridge and beds were nice. The staff was so sweet to help us no matter how late we were.

The bath water was super hot! The front desk help was very professional and friendly.. Gave him a tip! ! Most definitely will recommend as well as return.

Couldn't stay longer for another bath...lol

The bed was very comfortable.

The bed could have been lower as I am only 5 ft. I had trouble getting on the bed. Also, there should be snacks in the vending machines.
