Rooms are comfortable, staff are great, and convenience of restaurant and work area suited us for this business trip.

Only negative is the wifi and aircon panel in the room were a little to bright for my liking and lit up the room a bit. This probably wouldn't bug many people but i tend to need a dark room.

The buffet option at the hotel was exceptional. It offered a wide range of food, drinks, and an excellent coffee selection that enhanced the breakfast experience. The staff was constantly available to assist and advise on the various choices that the breakfast menu had and all seating areas had to charge places that made it easier for one to work while having breakfast. The time allotted for breakfast was very fair, allowing for more of the guests be able to have their meals at a comfortable time. Furthermore, the hotel facilities and rooms lived up to the expectations, from the hygiene, the comfort of the bed, and the a/c which was extremely essential for the winter season. In addition, the rooms had wireless charging and a smart tv that enabled me to be entertained throughout the period when I was in the room. The restaurant on the ground floor, the Gusto Urban Italian, offers a wide range of meals & drinks that were very affordable, and the staff at the restaurant were extremely friendly, welcoming and with the proximity to the conference center, the hotel provides a safe and quick passageway for those attending meetings in the conference area. The hotel staff at the reception, security & other areas remained extremely helpful whenever I had challenges when navigating the city, the hotel facilities and swiftly responded to all inquiries I had. The hotel is well situated and easily accessible to the essential areas of Cape Town City, including the nearby mall. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting for business and leisure

beautiful place , comfortable beds enough shower gel/ body wash lotion, shampoo/conditionerand hand and body lotion. iron available hair dryer, tea/ coffee. free WiFi. friendly welcoming staff irregardless of time.

no shebin as a woman I expected it to be available.no shower caps,airconditioning didn't have a remote control and it is not user friendly because to get it to my desired temperature I had to press it a few more times

It was close to the meeting venue. The restaurant was excellent. Room was comfortable for a single guest. Large mall nearby.

It was pretty far from downtown. Not a lot of restaurant options beyond hotel restaurants (although theirs is very good).

It was clean, and quiet, while very near the conference center and shops. Breakfast was good, a wide variety. The name change from my colleague to mine was easy when I had to take over her trip. Unfortunately, I had to get a new access card for my second night, but that went rather smoothly.

I was only for a brief time in the hotel, but I could not connect to the free Wi-Fi. I had no time to inquire about what I was doing wrongly. (I was told a username and password upon check-in. The mobile phone loader in the desk did not work either. This was not a real issue as I was prepared with my loaders etc.

Staff friendly. Everything was just perfect, just my partner is a smoker and you can't smoke in the rooms, which was a good thing for me. He smoked less the idea of getting up and go down to smoke wasn't funny to him at all. I have to take him there again. He will gain the willpower to quit🤣🤣

When selecting the booking please make it a lot easier to ensure that the breakfast included option accompanies all reservations made under one booking - I made two bookings at the exact same time for myself and for my client however breakfast was not included in my clients reservation but it was on mine.

We did not have breakfast due to our own personal circumstances. The location was perfect for us. The room was great in terms of space, cleanliness, lighting, cleaning service. All round very satisfying experience.

There is nothing specific that we did not like.

The hotel was modern and comfortable, and suited my needs perfectly, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The location in relation to the shopping centre and for walking along the picturesque canals is perfect. The canal view from the lounge / dining area is tranquil, and the evening ambiance in the restaurant / bar area sublime. There is covered, secure parking available next to the hotel.

The restaurant attendant was wonderful, and apologetic that my first two menu requests were unavailable. I struggled to make a third choice as all those I preferred contained the unavailable ingredients. However, in the end my third choice was satisfactory.
