It's a charming vintage hotel. I like the location, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is great. I also love the terrace where I can see the lively night scene of the streets. Parking is not a bit easy with the busy street but it's affordable €5 for 24hours.

I saw some signs of wear and tear. I hope the management will devote resources to the repair and taking care of the hotel.

Parking space was hit or miss. But this is no fault of the hotel. That's a given if you are smack in the middle of the best location. You buy a parking 'permit' cheap at the desk. You are able to pull up in front of the door to offload your luggage.

It was across the street from everything - restaurants, nightlife, the Ligurian Sea. The lobby area was beautiful, with plenty of comfortable seating areas, a small bar, beautiful Art Deco statues & wall prints. The breakfast was excellent. The room & bathroom were very clean, but small. The staff was excellent.

The room was not on the same scale as the lobby, but it is by no means a deal-breaker.

The location of the hotel is great with a seaview. Great value for the money. Short train ride to do day trips to pisa and lucca. Plenty of restaurants nearby.

Eggs were cold. They did not put water in the heating pan to keep the eggs warm. The hotel is about 1 mile away from the train station but it's a straight flat walk on sidewalks.

The staff was so helpful and accommodating . I had some travel plan questions and they went out of their way to help. I’m very grateful !

Breakfast was great, location is perfect and the staff were all wonderful and very helpful! Great value for money also!!

Rooms could have an update, but we are using room to sleep, not to stay reception is perfect for relax. Biggest problem here is the parking.
