Absolutely everything! This is the best hotel we have ever stayed in in Llandudno. From being greeted by the lovely smiley Dan to the elegant style of the living/breakfast room, everything just felt so perfect. We stayed in room 6, a superior with 4 poster bed. Just amazing. Huge room with lovely decor and everything you could want & need. Front room with a bay window where you can sit & watch the world go past. So quiet too. Lovely ambience to the whole venue. Breakfast was lovely. Plenty of continental selection followed by a choice of hot food including a full English which was quality & plentiful. Superb stay & we will 100% be back as soon as we can.

That we had to come home 😪

What an Absolute Amazingly Beautiful Hotel, from the Estectitcs, and beautiful painted, decorated and designed interior and out. Right down to ever detail of staff, food, service and home from home feel on a superior class stance. There has been so much effort and detail put in to this very perfect setting boutique hotel. Soon as we walked up to the front entrance it was wow straight away, so warm and inviting the hotel lady owner came and greated us, so bubbley and welcoming was a nice touch thankyou. It was more than wow walking to reception seeing hallway, dunning room and lounge absolutely phenomenal, We never stayed in a hotel so pristine clean and shiny before, everything has been so very well looked after and treated. We went up to our beautiful double bed room. where it was high class clean bedding, tv kettle bits, fan hair dryer and other small needs. So quite, clean and comfy all night nothing at all was a problem, housekeeping amazing at keeping this hotel as it is well done 👏 thankyou to everyone and will definitely stay again, breakfast was class basic cereal, fruit, yoghurt pastries, fresh milk apple and orange juice, what you needed and fresh hot breakfast menu was perfect best stay in a hotel by far, definitely return thankyou.

The hotel is located on a quiet road, with easy access to local restaurants and attractions. Breakfast was served at 8:30 a.m. and had a variety of cereals, cooked breakfasts, cakes and fruit juices. The owners are so helpful and friendly and made us feel very welcome. The car park had plenty of spaces for everyone, and we were allowed to park there before check in. On leaving day there were spaces outside, so we just moved our car before we ventured out for the last time.

The bed was a bit firm.

This hotel is run by a couple who know the meaning of customer service. EG: A minor problem re a bathroom fitting was greeted cheerfully and remedied quickly. Our room/suite was a good size like having a lounge; complete with large comfy sofa & a good size telly; as well as a king sized bedroom Plenty of choices & flexibility at breakfast & although they don't do evening meals they were happy to lay up a table in the dining room for anyone wishing to order in takeaway. Assured off road parking was a bonus. We enjoyed our stay.

No complaints from us!

A superbly decorated and well maintained period property, with its own car park and outdoor seating area. Our room was small but beautifully decorated and we had everything we needed, with a lovely sash window, that opened onto the street below. It was a quick 10 minute walk into town and we had a key and passcode to let ourselves in. Our host, Dan was very pleasant and helpful, serving us a lovely full English breakfast as well as a broad range of cereal, overnight oats, bagels, toast and fruit…we were spoilt for choice!

We liked everything

Breakfast was nice order was taken as soon as you sat down and served quickly. Wi-Fi was good Beautiful furniture and decorations.

Upon arrival lady with blonde hair was quite miserable, no welcome to the Landsdowne and how was your journey type talk. We were just asked pay and given the key. We stayed in room 7 and bathroom smelt of damp/foist and the Cladding around piping was damaged. The Bed was very hard and the bedroom carpet is due a replacement. The reason I noticed about the carpet is because it does not go with the rest of the hotel in terms of how beautiful it is decorated.

The owners were exceptional in their hospitality. We were moved to a ground floor room when Dan, the wife, discovered that the stairs were too much for us. Her attentiveness was outstanding, nothing was too much trouble and all done with a smile. Wei, her husband, cooked the delicious breakfast. The rooms were spotless and large and the car parking was a bonus. We shall be returning!

The hotel is beautiful. The room was spotless, and the staff were very helpful. The breakfast was outstanding. Good location, quiet but about a 5 minute walk to the beach front. Private parking was an added bonus!

The bed was a carriage bed. Not the hotels fault, I should have checked. Not good for a 6-foot man as he was too tall for it. Next time we will book a different room.

Breakfast was good and the hotel staff were very good. The bed was comfortable.

Stairs. Our room was tired-looking. No chair in the room to sit on, just one small stool and no space to place it, if we so desired to use it. The room was small to what we were expecting and more fitting for a one-night stay for one person. Just one cup holder in the bathroom. Although we requested that the two rooms be close together, when making our booking, they were in fact on different floors. Used the bar only once, as two bottles on that one occasion cost about £38.00. I did a check on the web a found that six bottles of the same wine were £42.00 retail price at Tescos.
