The hotel is new and the rooms are beautifully designed. Beds and pillows were extremely comfortable, towels were plush and lighting was perfect. Breakfast was superb. Everything was immaculately clean and staff were pleasant and helpful. Front desk staff kindly assisted in organising an excellent tour to Bako National Park at very short notice.

We were disappointed to learn on our arrival that neither the pool nor the gym were completed, as these were the specific reasons for which we had booked the hotel. I’m sure, once finished, these facilities will be as lovely as the rest of the hotel. For now however it should not be advertised that a pool and gym are available, as they are not.

The hotel is brand new, everything new and clean. Whole hotel concept is minimalist. Simple and nice.

Especially night time, you can hear the sound from the nearby bar/pub the music is very loud. Also sound of people walking outside is very clear at night. The sound proof needs to improve tremendously. Other than that is the breakfast food choices very limited, can be improve.

The cleanliness as said by the reviewers are true although it is a very basic hotel. They maintained our room neat and tidy. Esp after the whole day sight seeing...a relieve to enter the room neat and cool.

The check out is,taking a bit of time. We were late to go to the airport...luckily we were the last to check in at the counter. So in future we should check out an hour earlier. spotted the mug in the room was not clean thoroughly on the handle part. The swimming pool was dirty. It made me disappointed.

The online checkin system was so quick and hassle free! Location was good too.

Parking can feel quite shady especially the back parking. Maybe can install some spotlights there. Also, if you provide can towel for the bathroom floor it would be great because the splash area is not really big and there’s no door between the shower & toilet area, so it can get quite wet.

Clean, comfortable bed if small. Quiet. Reasonable breakfast. Some staff members were great, others were quiet and not used to communicating in English. Although I understand most customers are Malaysian and not foreigners whereas the big chain hotels are used to having these tourists.

It was strange that the breakfast, lunch and dinner restaurant didn’t serve alcohol but that it could be ordered through room service. While I understand much of the hotels customers are Muslim this seems strange, especially if you want to attract the western clientele. It’s not going to happen with this hotel policy.

It's a very new hotel and I feel safe travelling alone there. The rooms are clean & i am happy. There is a pub not far from the hotel but I was not disturbed by any noise during my stay. There is a burger place in front of the pub that is very popular among the locals. I reckon you should try it.

The breakfast is just nice. You can opt to explore Kuching for breakfast offered by the locals. The location is very near to Waterfront from the map. However, one would need to walk quite a distance to visit the busy exciting area. If you order Grab then most likely you will have to wait a good 15-20 minutes as Grab drivers are limited nowadays & traffic in Kuching can be slow.

Room was clean and bed was cozy. The front office staff were courteous and helpful. The GM was apologetic for the restaurant fault but he has no control over the restaurant. I felt sorry for the GM. Good man and was very patient with my complaint.

The restaurant food and room service which was not part of the hotel but operating as a partner. Cold half boiled eggs were served for breakfast and room service was non-existent although a room service menu from the restaurant was made available in the room.

It's cardless (without card). I checked in via WhatsApp, once I reached the hotel, I walked directly to my room. And the room access is also extended to your guest (via email). No card needed. An incident happened (not hotel related), and the staff was very accommodating in checking the CCTV. I would definitely stay here again next time.

Great service, comfortable & modern rooms, perfect air conditioning, with pool and ease of access all in a great location.

Services on display in the advertising of the room (such as gym) weren't available. That and limited buffet food options were the only down sides. Be sure to double check things prior to booking if you're picky.

Location, cleanliness, toiletries and bedding were excellent and so was the customer service. Highly recommended!

The breakfast was very local cuisine oriented, and this is coming from someone who was born in Kuching! Some other egg options would have been good, and perhaps cereal too. Most of all I would have liked some milk to be provided to have with the coffee!!
