Great home base for a 2.5 week visit to CERN. Friendly and helpful staff! Comfortable bed, functional kitchenette, and I really enjoyed having the little balcony with a view to the Jura (and a drying rack for laundry). Covered parking was worth the surcharge for the convenience. For other travelers' reference, kitchen provides: electric hob with two "burners", large and small pots sufficient for cooking up to 500g of pasta, nonstick pan, new minifridge, cutting board, can opener, wine bottle opener, sponge, dish soap, a proper dishtowel (not to be underrated!), colander, serving bowls, standard cutlery/plates/mugs/bowls, a serrated knife (not very sharp, but that would be a lot to ask for an apart'hotel kitchenette) and a coffee maker and electric kettle. Travelers may wish to bring: salt, pepper/spices, cooking oil, paper towels/napkins, containers for leftovers, a better knife for ingredient prep, and of course your own coffee/tea.

Honestly, for the price and convenient location, I have no major complaints. A few places they could improve for a 10/10 home away from home experience: Balconies could use a power wash, and since the clothes drying rack is stored outside it was a bit grubby and I had to rinse it off. Coffee maker had a bit of a funny smell even after running 1L of white vinegar through it and rinsing with water. These should probably be checked, cleaned, and replaced if needed. (I also should have just asked the front desk if they had a spare -- that's on me.) Wifi was occasionally slow (but usually serviceable even for video).

The bedding / pillows covers (inner & outer) were immaculately clean as was the rest of the apartment. The kitchenette was more than adequate for our needs, they provided a t towel, toilet rolls and washing up liquid which was helpful. Once we'd understood the shutters (were from the UK!!!!) they proved excellent for both security and ventilation during the night - what a fab design (I know, I know but we don't have shutters in the UK) Location was excellent only a 5 minute walk to the bus stop for the airport and a 40 minute walk to CERN if you fancy stretching your legs. Best of all it's a 10 minute walk to an excellent Boulangerie - The Little Bread (in English) - sit in and take away, open early and all week. A useful supermarket is about a 12 min walk and just up from the Boulangerie.

No bowls - why? Very odd. We had to use the mugs to eat our breakfast cereal out of. It is just a minor observation.

A very pleasant stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice comfortable room. Was pleasantly quiet, I certainly appreciated that it was quiet as I was there mainly for work and needed space to focus, especially during week night eveings , without noise).

It would have been nice to have more bins in the room, or at least bags, for the different types of recycling; as I found that quite cumbersome and made the kitchen less neat than I would have liked. The kitchens could be a bit improved on, just some small useful things e.g. a coaster or trivet to put under a hot pan. Otherwise, it was all in good shape and the appliances worked well.

Delighted to say this apartment hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was generously sized. Two flatscreen TVs, lounge and bedroom; nice! Good amount of space for setting up laptop, could hook up the flatscreen TV and use it as a second screen, they obviously know what some of their client (like me) much appreciate if one may need to do some work in the apartment. Even had a balcony with outdoor chairs. Comfortable couch. Super comfortable and relaxing bed. Good location, short walk to multiple bus stops. Staff (mainly corresponded with online) were very friendly and helpful. I’d sure plan on stay there again!

No problems really. Main thing: would have liked a (free) trash bag, actually at least a free bad for each type of trash/recycling. And indeed more than one bin... I really strongly suggest this! especially for those pro-environmentalist type clients (who might be trying to make up for their carbon footprint somehow) to partition the trash and recycling according to how things should be separated for disposal. I know, gross! to discuss trash; but it's something that needs be said. Otherwise things were great!!

I really liked the place. It was exactly as described, I would appreciate to have a hairdryer and ironing machine at the apt. not upon request, but its just a detail. Otherwise, place was clean, nice, comfy (walls are maybe too thing because you could hear snoring somebody in next apt..). Kitchen was equipped with what you needed..beds comfy, bathroom clean and comfy, with towels available as in hotel. Very nice location of the apartment. Parking was possible around the building and if not then there is a public parking available 200 meters walking distance. I would definitely recommend and come back

nothing

Location was great as we were due to attend a concert in Geneva and this was a 15min drive from the arena. Lots of bakeries to choose from for breakfast. Very comfortable and good size rooms. provided towels, soap and shampoo. Clean linen.

Cleaning needs a bit more attention to detail. Small things like accumulation of dust in certain areas and the walls needed a bit of a clean.

Very pleasant quiet location, close to center and public transport, not too far from CERN. Clean and practical apartment and friendly staff.

Just a few minor things: the living room could do with a bit more light and the wifi was rather slow (low bandwidth).

Lovely balcony and village/district, access to shops including a wonderful bakery/patisserie Lovely staff, super helpful - thank you!

A minor thing but the couch cushions covers could do with being renewed, and the sofa bed was a bit creaky- the main beds were excellent though!

Perfect location. 24/24 check-in. Friendly personnel. Fully equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed. A lot of space.

Toilet and bathtub in different rooms far from each other. Rough walls everywhere and, in particular, in the wardrobe. No ventilation mode in the windows.
