Service was good, room was clean. Staff was cooperative. Breakfast was very good.

Exterior colour of the building

Location of the property is an advantage, cleanliness is good, considering the cost rooms are fairly sized. With less amount of staffs the brekfast sessions was well handled.

I checked in on 201 and the shower hose was broken and was leaking and it was hard to take bath and when I checked in I informed that I was unable to connect to the wifi both on my phone and laptop and I was told someone would be sent even after two reminders no one showed up. Latter I changed my room to 205 where wifi worked and shower also worked

Your house keeping staff were exceptionally good. Mr.som Tudu and the gentleman from Chennai who was on duty on 22nd night are really sincere and helpful.Cherish them. They are an asset.

I don't want to nitpick but the reception lady who checked us in made a mistake with the charging amount. Since I paid by credit card I had to wait to see if I was charged before paying the correct amount as she had cancelled the incorrect amount. It was a small glitch.

The Breakfast spread was not very elaborate but still enough. Had the requisite variety. However the quality of South Indian items were not upto the mark...especially the masala dosa. Location is good but still it's a 20 minute walk to the city center

Wi-Fi did not work. It took 2 complaints for the technician to visit. He also tried everything but it didn't work. He said he will be back in a few minutes and then never came back. Couldn't get to use their wi-fi at all

I had pleasant stay at this hotel GINGER PANJIM. With all due respect I would like to thanks The Manager Aashish. He helped me for confirming my reservation And also helped us in the booking... He gave us late check in and late check out... I could not meet him personally, it was my bad... But before going to hotel past 2days i had called him and got his help on the phone continuously... As I was having problem with this www.booking.com We're my room was confirmed but my Debit card was rejected not one but two. But The Manager Aashish whose Mobile No Was Received after booking my room at Hotel by email. I m glad he helped me and told me don't worry sir, u come and pay and we will reserve 1room for you. The hotel check in time was 2pm, but i was reaching panjim till 6pm, So i had requested him late check in and late check out, and he helped us.... And special thanks for receptionist Roshni night receptionist. And also special thanks for receptionist Shoba day receptionist. They both helped me and brother who was arriving late at night at 1am. They also gave us extra water bottles which I needed the most.... Thanks staff of Ginger Hotel, I met Roshni And Shoba, But couldn't meet The Aashish Manager... It was my regret. Wanted to meet him personally and thank him. Hope next time will always book Ginger Hotel panjim. .

Every thing was good with my room...

Quite a chic hotel with brightly lit interior. This is a no frills hotel which is perfect for business travelers who spend the time in the hotel to eat and sleep. The crowd mostly consist of business travelers, so rest assured to have a goodnight sleep. The shower was just perfect with pressurized hot water supply, perfect for unwinding yourself after a hard day at work. The breakfast spread is good , with a lot of options to choose from. Plus the ginger chai is to die for.

The dinner was ok, nothing to shout about. It’s best to order something from the kitchen. Some thorough cleaning / maintenance of the rooms on a periodical basis would boost the user experience & feedback. As some reviewers had mentioned about molds on the wall - this is true. Small matter that can be addressed.

Great location beautiful surrounding atmosphere great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.Thank you❤️🌠

The service and the staff was amazing. As I had baby boy with me, The staff was friendly and helped him to make a home like environment away from home. That's what I like the most. The swing sitting was the unique sitting in the dining area. Wonderful vegetarian food accompanied with fruits, juices and what not

Breakfast was excellent, ordrs were excepted and delivered quickly and personally. Tables were swiftly cleaned after guest finished with breakfast. My family and i were very happy with the service.

One of the rooms was near the staircase and did not like the door being left open as children would venture down the steps unattended.
