We recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful private villa, and it was truly an unforgettable experience! The staff were attentive and friendly, making us feel right at home. The villa itself was stunning, with spacious rooms that made our family vacation even more special. We loved the private pool and the outdoor space, which provided the perfect setting for relaxation. One thing to note is that a car is definitely required to fully enjoy the area, as the villa is located a bit off the beaten path. Overall, we had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with family. We can’t wait to return in the future! Thank you to the wonderful staff for making our stay so memorable!

Spacious, modern, comfortable and luxurious villa! The kids absolutely loved the pool, the hosts were very generous, the property is well maintained. Marie was excellent at supporting us during our stay, she couldn’t have done more for us! Perfect for two families of four, as could have a side of the villa each for sleeping, very secure with the gate keeper and remote control access to the grounds. Well equipped, including barbecue and mosquito deterrents! Perfect place to base ourselves for our stay, not far from Grand Baie for shops.

Beautiful villa! Exactly how it looks in the pictures. Exceptionally clean. The host, driver and cleaner were absolutely incredible. Nothing was too much for them. Highly recommend and would definitely go back.

We would have loved the pool to be heated as some of the days were cooler than expected.

Cleaning could be improved cobweb hanging from lights shade in bedroom, leaking sink reported by the cleaning staff not attended immediately

Easy access to the property, The house owner very accessible though not on site, she answered all my queries . Person in charge on site, Emmanuelle and house maid Nicoleta were very helpful and attentive. Big Villa, tastefully decorated, Very spacious, big garden and outdoor terraces and gazebo, ideal for families. Very clean and well equipped.

The villa is stunning, secure, beautifully decorated and perfectly set up. We had such a fantastic stay and would love to come back with family or friends :)

The Wifi wasn’t working very well but we believe that there were issues with the provider at the time. We had a couple of other minor issues but they didn’t affect our stay negatively at all.

Very easy check in and out. Incredibly nice staff that helps at all needs. Beautiful villa with lots of space and a great pool. It was a pleasure!

Hard to find something positive after the way I was treated by the representatives. It has a pool and is spacious as you would expect from the photos and from the 5 star villa. Other things were not 5 star at all though. Quite shocking actually and I wonder if booking takes action.

BIG NO. 1.⁠ ⁠The communication was very bad - representatives did not read and answer my messages for a few days and ignored my concerns until I got really upset.  2.⁠ ⁠⁠1st day - we were showed the rooms but no basic things were explained - how to roll the blinders up and down, where the laundry room is or ironing board. Some things were in the locked room filled with old mattresses and other junk. We came on Sunday so no one was replying to us when we were asking basic questions.  3.⁠ ⁠⁠no remote to the gate to park a car inside (rented car necessary, not great location)  4.⁠ ⁠⁠only one change of towels and one cleaning during our entire stay.  5.⁠ ⁠⁠no trash bins and no soap or soap containers provided for each room  6.⁠ ⁠⁠Two of the 4 showers didn’t work so 2 of my associates were showering only in cold water that had minimal pressure. This problem was not solved at all - we were informed that they don’t know how to fix the them (!)  7.⁠ ⁠⁠one of the AC’s was not working, so one of my associates had to be in 30 degrees hot room all the time which was unbearable and very hard to sleep in as well. When I communicated the problem I got the answer that „this is surprising” and no action at all. It was only after two days that someone came to fix this because I kept asking.  8.⁠ ⁠⁠no AC in common area & broken light in the living room, broken handle so one of my assosiates could not close her room door because she would not be able to leave later 9. no invoice to this day, they just ignore my request as a revenge I suppose 10. The message I got from the manager of Alex Sealodge "I hope you take the time to consider your review carefully and fairly. As a professional yourself who is subject to a rating system [here they give a link to MY BOOK ON EMPIK.COM], you surely understand the impact a rating can have - especially on platforms like Booking"... Tried to offer me some money to give positive review, I said no and got this.
