Beautiful rustic and stylish room on top floor with view of the little church tower next door and the mountains. Room and ensuite spacious, comfortable and very clean, bed up on mezzanine level. Complimentary bottle of wine and goodies on arrival. Breakfast, which is included, was plentiful, delicious and full of choice and colour with hot items as well as continental options available too. Staff all delightful, welcoming and really helpful. The hotel has a bar across the way which is perfect for an après-ski drink with nibbles or a pre-dinner aperitif and again, the staff are very lovely!

Very central location, nice modern room with bed on the upper level. Very basic breakfast. Good location if you want to drive the Stelvio Pass.

The promissed safe parking place became "You can park anywhere on the street because is safe", but the issue is that the hotel is in the pederstrian area and you can only unload your luggages and move the car outside of the center. But it was raining and the closesc parking place was few hundred meters away. Of course the hotel don't provide umbrellas... The A/C in the bedroom is leaking and the only window is a skylight, so you can't see anything from the room.

- Breakfast was great especially the blueberry pancakes. - The room was very modern and comfortable. - They had chromecast on the tv unit which was great because we could watch whatever we wanted. - I also really liked the wardropes and closet. A lot of easy storage. - Location is the best possible I feel like. You are at a walking distance to a market, shops, or restaurants.

- The rooms were not very sound proof. We were woken up really early with the cleaning ladies coming to the corridor. We listened to all their conversations while they were cleaning other rooms. - There was floor heating but it was a bit of a hassle to setting it up and then waiting a long time. We were not cold in the room but floors were always cold for some reason. Just a bit annoying - The receptionists are always missing at the check-in and check-out times that they gave.

Everything was to a really high standard. Great little touches and all of the items in the room were included. Parking was a short walk away. The hotel sent instructions and videos because we were arriving late. Arriving at midnight was the only bad thing because it was my favourite hotel of the trip. Bed was very comfortable, I had a suite so the room was large. Good bathroom, plenty of towels, everything you needed. Breakfast provided the next morning, both buffet and a hot menu.

There was nothing I did not like.

Breakfast was stunning! Very large variety with fresh bakery goods every morning and fresh fruit and juice, with great coffee on offer! Eggs etc made to order, so everything is on offer and of great quality as well! Staff were very helpful, going above and beyond! Rooms were exceptionally clean! Perfect location in the stunning town of Bormio and great location for skiing!

The hotel is in an excellent location in the heart of the old town and within walking distance of the mountainside. The staff is very friendly and helpful, offering expert guidance on local attractions, whether it's about spas or mountain hikes. A truly delicious breakfast is served from a kitchen menu.

It's very hard to improve on this.

Amazing hotel with the best possible location in town! The room was very clean and comfortable. The room was very clean, well maintained, and had all the necessary amenities. Complimentary wine and cookies were a very nice gesture! Very nice relaxation and sauna area available for guests.

No A/C in the room (wasn't an issue for us, but could get a bit too hot during the day). Underground parking is available within 5 min walk from the hotel and is at an additional cost. No vegetables are available for breakfast (apart from that, the breakfast was very tasty and a big plus for a dreshly squeezed orange juice).

The location is wonderful, exactly in the heart of the old city center. The rooms are great, very clean and comfortable and the breakfast is really good, only quality ingredients. The receptionist was very helpful with the parking for our car, very close and easy to. If you want to climb up the Stelvio Pass this is for sure one of the best hotels to stay in, being very close to the start of the climb.

Incredible, energetic and dedicated staff and fabulous facilities. A warm Bormio welcome from knowledgeable locals who were keen to help make our stay amazing. Breakfast was varied and generous. Lots of local tips and insights! Definitely recommend :)

Tea-making facilities would have been good ( i.e kettle, rather than only coffee machine to make hot water)

Comfy modern rooms, one of best breakfasts ever! Great staff who even got us coffee when we had to leave at 6 am before opening. They also brought us ac unit when our heat was too high and wouldn’t lower

We were on first floor right above where trucks delivered at 5 am every morning with much noise. Our room wouldn’t go below 22 degrees and opening window made more noise
