The villa was excellent private and superb facilities. Breakfast was of a good standard with plenty of choice. Ate in the onsite restaurant and used room service both good quality.

The only issue was on our second day the room and villa pool were not cleaned until late afternoon. I spoke to reception about this as villa with pool occupants were likely to spend most of the day at the villa. I suggested that the villas should be cleaned early morning to allow the occupants chance to relax for the full day. This was forwarded to management as a case for concern.

This was a return visit for us, and it has since been refurbished. we had a grand pool private Villa which was really nice. Quiet, private, and with a 4 poster bed for that extra luxury. The air conditioning was excellent, as it was very hot and humid in Nai Yang. The Dewa resort is in a great location, easy short walk to beachside restaurants, bars, shops and massage places. Nai Yang has a very nice vibe different than most other Phuket resort areas. Soda who worked at the reception was exceptionally helpful when I had left something at a previous resort, and she spoke to the hotel for me and organised it to be delivered to the Dewa resort. Service like this is what makes a hotel special. A very enjoyable stay in a lovely area, I would return again. , makes a hotel special

The basin in the bathroom had a musty smell .

- LOVED the plunge pool in the villas, and the villa itself was very comfortable, if a little tired-looking. - The pool villas are extremely private. - locAtion is close to the beach and to local shops and there’s a national park on the doorstep for walks. - Dining (restaurant and in-room) was excellent value for money and decent food. - Parking available on site.

- the breakfast buffet (included in the room rate) was a bit hit and miss in terms of taste and quality. Not sure if this was due to it being low season, it would be hard to run the buffet for very few guests. perhaps in slow times they need to consider cooking hot food to order from a menu, and restricting the buffet to continental breakfast items.

I love the villa with our own pool. The room was big and very nice. All the plant around de whole hotel were beautiful. the bikes were excellent as as we enjoy we do some as well exercise.

I didn't like the way breakfast was organized. The 3 days we were there I ask for scramble eggs with tomatoes, mushroom, onions and the girl (cooking it) has to scratch the container to put the ingredients on my scrambled and has to go to the kitchen to get more tomatoes. Its not good to don't have the ingredients around. or containers are empty) The bread was not fresh (looks like from 2 days before) the jar with jam was nearly empty and have to scratch to get some. Also 25 minutes before breakfast finish a few things were finish too; like (not enough fruit, roti, jam, cheese, grapes. The breakfast area need a bit more organization.

The staff of the hotel are very helpful and the villa was amazing.

The breakfasts during weekend were a mess. I even had to leave without having breakfast after the waitress messed up my order 3 times and I waited 40min. Definitely the breakfast service needs to be improved. We saw couple of mice around the bathroom of the villa, the property should hire a good pest control service.

The resort is located very close to the airport, so we stayed for two nights only before going back home. The room is very clean and comfortable, staff are very accommodating and nice. convenient location next to the beach (which is not the best in Phuket, especially during the rain season, but this was not our objective anyway). Amazing on site spa (Lime Leaf) - we had our last massage just before heading to the airport - both girls were very professional and went out of their way to heal our bones and muscles after a long trip - although we had only booked a foot massage, they added extra head and neck massage, as well as some stretching. Really nice memories for both me and my son!

I recently stayed at Dewa Hotel in Phuket and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, managing multiple roles with impressive efficiency despite their busy schedules. The food at the hotel is geared towards Western tastes, but I especially loved the tropical fruit bar and the salad bar, which offered fresh and tasty options. The room was clean and well-kept. The only minor issue was the shower head, which seemed a bit clogged. A good cleaning would make it perfect. While the hotel's location requires about an hour’s drive by motorbike to Patong Beach, you can rent a motorbike directly from the hotel. This is a much cheaper option compared to ordering a Grab, and the rental rates are very reasonable. Another great feature of the hotel is the variety of free courses available during your stay. Be sure to bring your yoga or sports attire to take advantage of these activities. There's also an activity center for kids, providing plenty of ways for them to stay entertained. For airport transfers, I recommend arranging them through the hotel rather than online. It’s cheaper and more convenient for scheduling, even though the hotel is just five minutes from the airport. The hotel’s rate is better than Grab’s. Overall, I had a fantastic stay at Dewa Hotel and will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Phuket.

Awesome resort!! Will definitely recommend Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location for a lot of excursions. Rental scooters right in front of resort. Not so busy than other beaches. Lime leaf spa is exquisite with very affordable prices. Our family enjoyed everything. Very good food choices during buffet breakfast. Nearby a lot of restaurants and shops. The staff of this resort all have the most beautiful hearts. We felt relaxed and pampered from the moment when arrived. Breathtaking sunsets. Opposite the beach.

We really liked the whole hotel. The staff were very helpful and it was in a good setting. The location is good for the beach and local bars (turn left when facing the beach as we didn't find them for a few days). The rooms were very comfortable - although the lighting could be arranged slightly differently. As we weren't flying until late at night they gave us a room for 45 mins before we left to go to the airport to have a shower which was excellent (we were not charged).

The breakfast was a bit of a shambles. There was only one person making Omelettes and the queues each day put them under great pressure. They need two serving stations for this and more cooking facilities (perhaps an outside Omelette station could be set up in addition). There was also a queue generally for the coffee machines and there were only 2 of these in one location. The kettle in the room was insufficient due to the length of the cable not being able to reach the wall socket. Breakfast service to the villas needs to be separate as we felt slightly 2nd class as they were served from a separate menu in the main breakfast room and did not get the choice of smoked salmon or a freshly cooked breakfast. This could be solved by doing room-service at the villas for breakfast.
