A totally brilliant place to stay! It was very easy to find from the train station. Bus number 6 stopped straight by the hotel. Free bus as the hotel sends a free Mobility Travel Pass when I booked. The room was very clean, the bed and pillows were super comfortable. The towels were fluffy, the hair dryer was strong and there were even 2 kettles, mugs and teabags in a common area that could be borrowed by anyone. The Spar shop next door sold everything you'd expect. As a single female I felt very safe. Cheerful and helpful staff on check in and check out too.

Salzburg is a must visit. I really enjoyed the visit of Salzburg. This hotel is amazing thought it's not near to the city center but the transport availability is amazing the bus no 6 directly takes you to city with in 10 mins. I suggest atleast 2 nights is better to stay in salzburg and this hotel provides the Salzburg one day card as well and it's better to take it. Amazing and helpful staff😊. Supermarket SPAR is just beside. I really recommend this hotel

Currently it is cool, so I didn't feel any difficulty but I see there is no fan. And ofc it's just beside the train station it could disturb to the one who couldn't sleep properly.

I recently stayed at Hotel Plainbrücke in Salzburg and overall had a good experience. I stayed in a single room which was generally okay. There was some noise both from the corridor and outside, but it was manageable. The Wi-Fi was reliable and fast, which was important for my stay. Breakfast was on the excellent side, offering a good variety of options each morning. The location was convenient for me as it was within walking distance to the scientific city, Techno-Z. Additionally, the bus station is only 20 meters away, providing very good connections to the central station and city center.

The main downside was the lack of power sockets in the room. In my room, there was only one socket available and one in the bathroom, which made charging multiple devices a bit challenging.

The best thing about this place was location and ease of mobility. Train station and Bus station right in front of the property. Room was a bit small but clean and comfortable. There is no elevator, only stairs. Kettle and cups are shared placed in walkway. Good indoor lounge and outdoor sitting place. Restaurant is good, offers discounted breakfast 15Euro per person for staying in this property. Also SPAR and DM in 3 min walking distance. Free parking.

The room was wide with also a wide, clean and comfortable bathroom. Every space of the hotel was nice and clean. Although located in the outskirts, on front of the hotel there is the trolley bus n. 6 that in few minutes it brings you to the city center. Self-check-in very easy, just only for writing a code number. They satisfied my request of an early check-in. Very good price for the value.

For the check-in the security code open a box with the cards of all customers inside and you should get only yours. Honestly I'd avoid that practice for security reasons.

This is a great place to stay and reasonably priced for Salzburg. I had a single room with shared bathroom and it was adorable. The room was clean, spacious and had its own sink. It also had a standing fan which was useful in the July heat. The shared facilities were clean and always empty which was great. I had the breakfast included and it was very nice. Fresh meats, bread, pastries, eggs, fruit, etc. and a good collection of teas and coffees. I also found the self check-in easy and handy. All in all, I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel and would highly recommend it. As for location, I was aware it was a bit of a walk from town but it turned out to be only 20 mins walk from the train station and was in quite a lovely part of town with a gorgeous riverside walk right next door.

We enjoyed almost everything about our stay. Comfy beds, very clean, awesome water pressure. Close to the bus and train station.

Unfortunately our room (and window) were extremely close to the train station, so that our first night was disturbed by loudly shouting (drunk?) people. We woke up at least two times during the night and it was difficult to fall asleep afterwards. So I would not recommend it to people with sensitive sleep..

The best part is the location, the back door opens on the S1 station and the trolley bus Route 6 stop is right across the road at the front. The Salzburg Main Railway Station and the main tourist area is directly connected by trolley bus 6. With the windows closed, even the road facing rooms are quiet. The hotel is quaint and charming. We were pleasantly surprised to see from our road facing window a deer grazing on the grass!! The beds and pillows are comfortable. The staff is pleasant to interact with and very helpful. A special shout out for the house keeping staff who went out of her way to make us comfortable after check in despite the language barrier. The self check in process is very smooth and check out is quick. The price is a bit steep but after having stayed there, I am not complaining.

It was our 1 night stop on away way back home - we got very big, clean room - in the corridor there was a common space and we were able to prepare tea - easy to follow self-check in - very friendly and professional staff - lovely breakfast it was a lot choose from -plenty of parking space - good link with the city centre

The hotel is close to the train line, our room was located on that side so we could hear late or very early trains and that woke us up as we had open window

Clean, cosy, pretty close to a bus station and a supermarket. The staff was very nice and friendly. The breakfast, while not very diverse, it was enough and quite tasty, and you could eat outside on the terrace The room was cleaned daily, and we even got some small chocolate bars on our pillows, which my kid really enjoyed them

No AC - for us, it wasn't such a problem because the weather was pleasant and it rained during the night, but it could be an issue.
