Great Location in the woods, close to Albani, with access to a beaver lake and plenty of space around to relax - if you have time. The host is phantastic and gave us plenty of information for things to do in the area. The appartment is in the basement of the house with a bedroom, a bathroom with a free standing bathtub and a large, comfortable living room. The host provided a nice breakfast and gave us a good, cosy and homely feeling. This place is a real recommendation - not only for one night!

everything was great

Wonderful location in the woods close to Port Alberni and many beautiful trails, falls and lakes. It was perfect to spend a couple relaxing days on our way to the west coast. The host was really helpful and the breakfast was great, with both sweet and salty options, delicious homemade muffins, plum compote, fresh fruit and she even brought us some homemade salmon she had prepared.

The location was very nice, out in the country. We listened to crickets all night instead of cars and sirens and it was dark, no streetlights! The suite was well appointed with comfortable seating and a TV. Hostess had already prepared our coffee for morning, all we had to do was turn it on. There was a nice assortment of goodies in the fridge for breakfast/snacking.

It would have been great to have had air conditioning/fan in the bedroom as it would have made the temp a bit more comfortable. While the assortment for breakfast was great, it ended up there was only enough orange juice in the fridge for one glass and no extra around. It was an open container, we believe from the previous guests, and we think we just got what was left.

Wonderful appartment with awesome interior and a view onto the hill ahead and the nice big garden. By luck you see a Komibri drinking and we saw also bear coming along!! Breakfast also with fruit and egg. Nice!! The owners were very friendly and gave us tipps for our next trip to Ucluluet.

The location is excellent and the property is kept spotless , the owners cannot do enough for you! breakfast very well presented and was very enjoyable. (Would recommend this very highly )

Fabulous B and B, Sonia gave us a very warm welcome and lots of tips for eating, and visiting the salmon jumping (which we didn't know had started). Lovely property, fab views, great breakfast, comfortable bed, very well equipped place. Highly recommended

Very nice location & the owners were very nice & informative. Room was actually more like an apartment & breakfast offerings were very good. Easy to find Bo us was seeing bears at Stamp River & seeing the motorcycles for the toy run. Highly recommend the Beaver Hut if in Pirt Alberni

Lovely suite with a large sun or shade deck with quiet dappled shade under the blooming Wisteria vine. A little piece of paradise with views of Beaver Lake and surrounding hills..

We only had one night and would have liked more time to just hang out after a very nice breakfast.

Wonderful and friendly greeting. Well stocked fridge for breakfast. Exactly as pictured in a remote and beautiful location. Great for a weekend visit to Stamp River Falls and Fish ladder. October is a good time to see the bears!

A longer stay!

A beautifully presented accommodation with a helpful host. It is located in a rural location and the host provided a plentiful breakfast with selection of items.

A bit difficult to see when looking in your case in the master bedroom as no ceiling light
