Cute motel property with a fenced garden and SUPER quiet rooms. You can hear traffic outside like white noise which like and there is zero sound from other renters inside the room. Slept like a baby😊. Wonderful water pressure in shower! All the basic amenities and good wifi. Also I should mention the owners are a super delightful & kind couple which I so appreciate-very supportive👍✨

This is the best place to stay. It's clean and has everything needed. I've stayed here many times and every time it's the same great super friendly service. :-)

I had no problems. If I ever did, I'm sure management would have corrected it. All the guests I see here are happy too.

Very friendly staff, rooms are everything you need them to be for the price, centrally located. I signed up for a cheap, dumpy motel and under that criteria it was perfect.

It's pretty barebones, you get what you pay for. It's an old, run down building, the rooms are kind of dark, the area it's in is a little sketchy. I did not mind any of this, though.

I love the affordable rate, central location and family friendly atmosphere. Your trip will be an enjoyable one staying here. Do your research and don’t be deceived by the neighbourhood. Your in the middle of it all staying here. Wonderful beaches & restaurants close by. My room had a nice little kitchen, bathroom and comfortable, clean bed to sleep in. I will miss this place and I am looking forward to coming back. *****

The Bluebird is an old motel pretty much in the center of Port Albernie. It is well maintained and up to date. I was pleasantly surprised at the comfort for the price. Thanks Randy Visco, Sooke, BC

Very comfortable stay. We actually stayed there twice on same trip. It was clean and quiet and was considerably less $ than other hotels. I would pick it again

It was an older room but kept quite fresh and clean very nice towels in the washroom with a little fridge a little stove sink just overall very nice comfy room

Breakfast in bed would have been better

The owner was so nice and we were able to check in early. The price was fantastic! We had just slept 7 nights in a tent and just wanted a quiet comfy bed. We got that! It was a bit of a distance from where we wanted to be, but we like to walk. It was clean and folks were nice.

There was a sketchy dude checking out our truck, so we bought all our camping supplies in the room

The owner of this little motel is just the most accommodating and sweetest woman. The court yard is just a little slice of home away from home. I really enjoyed my stay here.

accessible parking outside the rooms, good size tv, good working air conditioning which is important summer time in port Alberni.

there was hair in on the sheet. not a big deal, like it may have fallen out when the person made the bed. but I still had to remove the top sheet because of it.
