Great staff. There is fresh made pizza and homemade ice cream on site. A staff member treated our dog Levi to a little doggie ice cream cone. Between the cone and having attention lavished upon him, he was in heaven. We love pet friendly places and friendly staff, and this resort is exactly what we were looking for over the Thanksgiving weekend. It was also mine and my husband's anniversary. It was perfect!

There wasn't anything we didn't like. We found our 2 night stay thoroughly enjoyable.

Came in off season, so was really quiet. Rented nice 2 bedroom little cabin with full kitchen , lots of room for myself and family. Had a fireplace Pet friendly. Friendly staff. Staff were quick to resolve issues.

Hvac wasn't working but the staff sent a maintenance man right away . He was very quick to loan me a couple of space heaters as the hvac wasn't immediately fixable and no other cabin was available. staff gave me firewood.

The amenities such as the water slide. I liked how it was a pool party theme with good music. There was a lifeguard there which was amazing. The staff were incredible and we liked that the pool seemed warm in the afternoon.

Under bed and patio door sills dirty with crumbs and floor mat was wet inside and could use to be replaced. Bathroom door was sticky. Unit 21

there was so much for my kids to do, it was super clean, tons of staff to help with anything we needed, the pool and slide was a major hit with my kids, and we were able to have other families come visit for the day.

Loved the pool and slides, play park, handy shop on site (incredible ice cream!) and friendly staff. Convenient location. All very reasonable value for money. Safe and family friendly. Apartments newly refurbished and great common lawn area too.

Main pool toilets were in a pretty bad state - just meant that you went back to your apartment though.

It was an all in one, clean and comfortable resort with pool, slide and crazy golf on site. The staff were there because they loved it and conversed with the guests.

The Wi-Fi is patchy in the accommodation. With the resort moving to streaming TV this needs to be looked at as there was buffering at prime times

Property was clean, spacious enough for family of 4 and a dog. 3bd meant everyone had a private space. Amazing water pressure.

A little further than I expected.

It was fall/winter so the pool was closed. The room was small and simple, but no views or anything. It would prob be a much better place to stay in summer.

the stove top didn't work.

Everything. Very spacious, lots of counter space, beds were very comfy, location awesome. Loved the outdoor space and patio. Staff very friendly.

The shower, water coming out from tap and shower head and water would turn hot and cold, while showering. But that's pretty minor, because the room was great.

There was no breakfast for us?? . The cottage was lovely. The staff excellent.

I expected a roll away, with a mattress. The trundle was very hard. Our water seemed to be connected to unit 37. It made showering quite risky changing unexpectedly from very hot to very cold in a second. A few extra towel racks would be helpful. Quite happy to save on towels, but difficult to dry with just one rack.
