This is my second stay at Canopy by Hilton Scottsdale. Great rooms and excellent underground parking. Easy walking distance to restaurants and local attractions even in the heat

Rooftop bar which was a highlight on last visit now offers lacklustre service, bland food and tasteless drinks. Omaz - rhymes with ‘Hermes’ - with the dazzling teeth and smile saved his facial attributes for his colleagues who outnumbered the other guests. Perfunctory welcome and warm free departure process at front desk. A complete smile free zone. Booking.com guests get preference for the rooms with powerpole views

Great rooftop pool, short walk to old town

Such a welcoming environment, the staff is very friendly and accommodating! I would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Scottsdale/Phoenix area. Everything is walking distance or Waymo distance ;) The rooftop view is the cherry on top!

IF I had to critique anything it would be the A/C. We expected a little better air conditioning since it is so hot in Arizona.

Rob and Junery were fantastic! I did not like the location of our room which faced the front of the hotel. When I went to front desk Rob made every effort to change my room. We needed to stay our first night in the room assigned but late next morning we were given the back side of hotel with a top floor and beautiful view. Microwaves are also given upon request, another wonderful surprise by Rob. Another special person was Junery that helped us decide to use the very convenient unground parking that the hotel elevator takes you to. Safe and convenient!

Disappointed calling direct to hotel to book reservations. The agent I talked to didn’t know much about the hotel. The girl was booking for all the Hilton’s and could care less, would repeat she was never there and didn’t know. I told her I was going to book with Booking.com to get a better rate and get a better feel for the room, she agreed that would be best. Upon arriving I did not like location of the room which could have been avoided if the booking agent knew and cared more. Rob helped me out and made our stay outstanding. Thank you again Rob!

This hotel is in a great location, easy walking distance to Old town Scottsdale. Loved it from the moment we arrived, very friendly staff, the rooms were great, and the rooftop area is the best!! The rooftop bar has great staff also, the food was excellent, as were the margaritas. The pool area was great, although sunbeds can fill up quick as there aren’t too many. Overall, loved our experience and would 100% recommend and return.

It's a modern hotel with clean and fresh rooms. The top floor lounge is a very nice place to relax and have some drinks. The music was maybe a bit loud.

I prefer a breakfast buffet which wasn't available. However, the choices on the breakfast menu were very nice. Unfortunately during my visit, the coffee machine was broken so no cappucino in the morning.

I loved everything about this hotel and I hope we‘ll be back soon. It’s modern, clean, staff was super friendly and helpful, breakfast at the restaurant was tasty, pool area beautiful, views at sunset stunning. Location so close to shops and restaurants, free parking across the street and free bicycle rentals. What more can you ask for? It was terrific!

The hotel architecture is lovely and fitting for the Southwest. The personnel were pleasant and answered all our questions. We enjoyed the variety of breakfasts--and tried several. The room was cleaned as we instructed.

The breakfast was not exactly "free." At an expensive, four-star hotel, we felt "nickel-and-dimed" by having breakfasts that were supposedly part of the cost of the room, while every breakfast on the menu cost more if it included coffee or tea. On a lesser note, the steamer (which replaced an iron) was a bit tricky to use and could have had instructions.

Hotel was clean, pool area inviting, room was very comfortable and nicely furnished- very functional!

Pool area is much smaller than depicted in the pictures and on their website, there is a very limited number of lounge chairs available. Also the umbrellas did not offer much shade and unless you rent a cabana you will not have shade during most of the day.

- Arrived very late due to flight delays and were still warmly welcomed - Front desk staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, even in the middle of the night - Check-in was smooth and stress-free despite the late hour - Really appreciated the accommodating and kind service after a long travel day
