Breakfast was good and had variety each day, interior in room was great and clean, facilities worked properly, location was good because it was near metro station, quite district, possibly to open balcony, very friendly and professional staff, helped a lot.

Breakfast could be more to 4star hotel. Soundproof could be better because we could hear neighbours TV, furniture were bit scratched, air ventilation in bathroom was not good because we needed to open balcony or air conditioning to eliminate all humidity.

Very nice hotel, tasty breakfast, plenty of choice, spacious rooms, swimming pool and sauna were nice. Location is almost center, convenient to reach anywhere. Nice personnel. Highly recommend for a stay in Yerevan.

Our room was with a street view, so a bit noisy if opening the window. Pillows were too big. But these are just minor comments that haven't spoiled our stay.

Breakfast was very rich, room was very nice and cozy, beds were comfortable. Sauna and pool are a bonus. It was possible to leave our luggage until evening on the day when we left.

We asked to pre-heat sauna almost two hours in advance and when we came, it was still turned off and cold. Food in the restaurant is rather expensive compared to other restaurants in the city.

We liked the location, close enough to the center, we walked to the Cascade. The staff at the hotel is very friendly, I especially want to note the friendly Karina, everything in the restaurant is very tasty (order from the menu). The rooms are spacious, bright, clean. We used the GG taxi service, I also recommend it.

The only thing I would change is the breakfasts, that's why I lowered the rating. Very small assortment, we lived for a week, everything was just the same every day, there was not enough salted fish, a larger assortment of sausages and cheese. This is the only remark, everything else is highly rated

As always, the staff is friendly and helpful, the facility is clean, spacious, comfortable and you have a great view from the back windows.

The coffee machine at breakfast was very basic, no milk frothing, so I think the previous machine broke/was replaced. Other than that, no issues.
