The rooms and the kitchen are nice, clean and modern. Once inside the hotel, it is nice, good value for money. There is a rail station about 10 minutes away on foot. If you don't mind a walk, it's an hour to the city centre.

The location isn't great - very industrial in the docks, as you would expect. We had no problems on our two-night stay but I wouldn't feel safe walking alone after dark, it looks a bit dodgy around. But, as I said, we didn't encounter any problems. I had a question I needed to ask the hotel and tried contacting them - they weren't responding and were ignoring all my attempts for about a month. When it got closer to our stay, they finally responded and were sending messages even multiple times a day - so everything was clear and straightforward before we arrived, but initially it was stressful.

The room was a great size, beds comfy, shower was powerful and spacious, smelt clean. The kitchen had everything that we needed(love the labels for where everything is)& more.

Only thing I have to say about this and it's only a personal preference. I would've liked to have seen a little bit of the physical side to the staff.

Really easy check in system. Good facilities in the room. Only a 10 minute walk from Bootle Oriel Station, so very easy for City centre.

Only thing lacking was shower gel. Luckily I had brought my own.

Lovely modern room, comfy beds , and the facilities in the shared kitchen were great. The host was also extremely helpful and quick to reply to messages. I'd definitely return

Big industrial building outside. Bit in the middle of nowhere, but Uber only cost £7/ £8 from the city centre so it didn't really bother me - view was pretty in the other direction (see photo)

It was clean and tidy on arrival, bed sheets were fresh and towels were provided

There was a strange smell and the door to get into the hotel was a nightmare, thankfully someone in another room let us in

You have to be good at escape rooms to get in because there is no staff ! Did book a twin room and got given a double room - luckily I know my son very well !

The accomodation is perfect, cheap, very clean and comfortable. Two single beds are very good. 10 minutes to bus station, then 20 minutes to city centre. Very recommended for low price.

Great price, quick communication, easy check in with all info to hand well in time. Spacious room and good facilities in the kitchen. Nice new clean bathroom

Location wasn’t great, but only a 10 minute Uber to the Center and for the price it wasn’t an issue at all
