The hospitality service was super on point. We had 3 pre-teen girls.constantly going to the pool which required A LOT of towels and the staff were all very accomadating. Additionally, we have a senior dog and the property had bag stations along with various surrounding grassy areas for his use. Overall, this.locstion was clean and conveniently located with a phenomenal staff.

I liked that it's right next to a Waffle House. That's very convenient. The overall location was a bit far from the hospital where I had my surgery. So Uber back and forth for my son was a bit pricey. But over all the stay was pleasant and the staff was friendly. Everything was clean and well stocked and the a/c, fridge etc all worked. The Wi-Fi was a bit spotty but not terrible.

Only thing I didn't like was a huge loud dog down the hall barking all night but that's more on the guest and dog owner than the hotel. And the overall distance from my actual destination. But I couldn't really find anything closer.

I feel safe when I’m there. I know that when I’m out of my room, my belongings are safe. This is the cleanest hotel I’ve been in!

There isn’t anything that I didn’t like. I was saddened by what that young man did to the owners and subsequently all of the guests. I was blown away by the graciousness of the owners refunding everyone’s stay. They truly went above and beyond to keep us all safe. I’m grateful. Prayerfully they will be able to open again soon. I will make reservations again to stay there.

They are in the middle of a remodel but they kept everyone in the loop by messaging us overall they doing a✅ job here prime location

Internet is bad there guest computer is not up.to.specs window 7 and a very outdated rec facilities. I spoke to Ashley whia the duty on desk explained my disappointment on that part but again they are in a remodel pool looked fantastic they are working to better the place you can see and yes smell the difference Ashley not the owner but listen to my suggestions and took note

It was very clean and well kept! My family had stayed in that same hotel in 2006 when it was a Holiday Inn and we were being transferred to Houston! Now I have started a second career as a Pastor so we stayed there as we prepared to take a new church in Cambridge, Ohio!

i booked the handicap accessible room because my sister is wheelchair bound. It was difficult to get her wheelchair close to the tub. Wish ya'll would have a walk in shower instead to make it easier for handicap folks. Patio door to the back was kept unlocked at all times. Anyone off the street can just walk in. You really should only be able to access entry with your room key. Please think about doing that for the safety of our stay there.

I love that it was close to the expressway as well as other establishments. The gentleman that helped me with the recession called me ahead to confirm my reservation. I really liked that gesture.

The AC unit was old and missing the top barrier/cover. It still kept the room cold but it's a safety hazard, especially if I would have brought children.

Clean, comfortable, and convenient. Pretty nice for a Motel 6. Front desk and Housekeeping staff friendly and helpful.

The hotel doesn't have breakfast, but there's a Waffle House and Shipley Do-Nuts next door.

The toilet paper was awful! Normal hotel amenities were missing like Kleenex and shampoo and conditioner (that last part doesn’t matter bc I bring my own but I’ve been in the hotel business for years and notice things). Also the TV guide was printed with the stations and that was great but the channel 78 which was supposed to be the TV guide was a dark screen so I had to channel surf and I don’t like doing that. Oh yea! Both sisters would have liked the coffee to be available in the room. Otherwise, I loved it and would definitely stay again. One more thing. There was an excessive amount of noise on Saturday night as if someone was stomping up and down the hall. Also a lot of door slamming.

The hotel is in a great location. The staff was always helpful with a good attitude and they did grant me my request for a 1st floor room close to the pool. Price was great for 10 days. The pool was clean and good size. The room was very clean and Spacey, even though it had 2 queen size beds. My pets were able to stay free, that was awesome. My family that I went to visit were able to visit and swim with us without being harassed by staff, that was great. Everything about our stay at this hotel was absolutely great. I would definitely stay there again.

There is things I can say I didn't like but that's not fair to the hotel because the things I didn't like is out of their control. Like screaming kids, loud noises in the middle of the night, people above us couldn't stay still. Nope I have nothing bad to say about the hotel. I never even seen one bug in our room. Great place.
