The staff made the stay extra special. They were so kind and always greeted me and made sure to fulfill any requests I had and answered all questions. I was new in the area and the hotel had a nifty touchscreen panel that provided more details on the city and provided food, tour and attraction suggestions. The room was immaculate and had a spacious work area along with a couch with tons of space.

Breakfast was around $13 which was fine but the I would have loved to see better quality food such as real eggs being used instead of powdered eggs and more variety. It wasn’t horrible but it was just ok and one could leave the hotel and grab a tastier breakfast.

The location and the cleanliness of the hotel

On Wed. evening my coworker and I came back from dinner. We decided to have a drink at the bar. The bartender was a young girl very pleasant and very efficient. The issue was her mother and 2 of her mother's friends who came to see her. They were loud, rude and annoying. What we had hoped for was a quiet evening with a drink was ruined. I felt bad for the bartender she was clearly uncomfortable with the situation. You should have a rule no family members visiting you at work.

The room was very clean and the building is brand new. The location is excellent, there is a lot of restaurants and stores very close, it is a nice area.

The design of the shower was weird. The knob to turn the water on was in the opposite wall than the shower head, it took a while for the water to get the temperature I wanted.

New property, clean and nice rooms, beautiful lobby and on site restaurant/bar, friendly and helpful staff. I had an issue at check in but they resolved it very quickly. Location is good. Good parking and lots of close restaurants and shopping.

They did not have door hangers to indicate if you wanted towels only, room cleaned or do not disturb. Those may not have been delivered yet as the hotel is only a few weeks open. However I was able to stop at the front desk and get anything needed. The staff also offered to come up and bring towels or anything else I needed. This was just a minor thing. Easily resolvable by getting the hangers for the doors.

It was so clean, very modern. Quiet. Just an overall very nice hotel.

I don’t understand the idea of paying for parking. Include in the cost of the room if you want to charge for parking. We arrived around 10 from a very long day. The last thing we wanted to do was mess on the phone to pay for parking.

The hotel was nice, clean, affordable and in good location.

Heard airplanes before trying to fall asleep and also we were given room off elevator. Nobody was super friendly. Didn't tell us anything about breakfast, checkout or anything. Room was nice. Pillows were NOT comfortable. Floor was dirty.

Everything! The bed was so comfortable the accommodations were very roomy. The meals were great and the location was the best! The staff was awesome!

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms well stocked. The lobby was clean, the outside parking area was clean. We were just very pleased overall.

The only negative that we came away with was the lack of a provided breakfast. A menu was available with breakfast items for purchase, we were just somewhat disappointed that we couldn't grab something quickly before beginning our busy day.

Close to the airport, great staff, and easy shuttle run in the morning.

I've had better meals in the restaurants of HGI's elsewhere. I had to send back the salmon as it came uncooked, and, I couldn't believe that the "vegetables" included in the meal were from a can of VegAll.

Excellent overall, beautiful new hotel, rooms exceptional! Great shuttle service and driver to cvg!

The agent that checked us in said we were lucky that we didn't lose our rooms because we booked through booking.com. instead of direct with Hilton. I've never had that experience before with booking.com. first time I've ever heard this....
