The room seemed new, everything was clean and well adapted to our needs. I liked the restaurant they have inside, the small cinema and gym. We had a balcony with a lake’s view and I can say it was stunning. Also we used a car to go to beaches which helped us a lot or sometimes we would use bolt. The personnel was always nice and trying to help with any possible issue.

Even though the rooms are as new because the building is new, I didn’t like that we didn’t have a wardrobe to place our clothes (or at least some drawers). It has only a metalic bar for hangers. And another thing that the room didn’t have and I think it should have because people usually come for the beach , its something to use for drying the clothes. The balcony is very big and I think it could have something to hang the wet clothes on. We put them on the chairs .

The reception staff were great, very helpful with little issues, gave us an upgraded option for the room, offered us the late check-out option, stored our luggage after check-out until we were ready for departure and even returned a forgotten item from the room before we left. The hotel altogether was spotless and the staff had a good grasp of the English language.

The restaurant staff felt quite unprofessional and almost seemed disturbed by the presence of clients. Outside tables were dirty and not looked after. It took a disproportionate amount of time from when we sat down until someone attended us to take the food/drinks order as well as checking in during or after the meal.

The staff was friendly. We found basic facilities like a mini fridge, air conditioning, a sofa, and TV. They offered free water, clean towels and laundry, coffee, tea, and some gummy bears. Mostly quiet and good privacy. There are a couple of bus stations within walking distance. Also the restaurant from their building (Daskino) had great food, freshly made, with polite staff.

The location could have been better, it's a bit rough for walking, probably better off with a personal car here.

Its transformation from a conventional apartment building into a modern and upscale hotel-like setting, complete with a renowned restaurant and a private cinema, made it a memorable and highly enjoyable experience.

The sole aspect that could have potentially enhanced our experience was the accessibility of the location. To clarify, our accommodation afforded us a picturesque view of the Siutghiol Lake from the balcony. Although there were public transportation options available, and it was feasible to embark on a stroll to Mamaia from the premises, it's worth noting that the thoroughfare was frequently congested, and the quality of the pavement left room for improvement.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Mava Apartamente in Constanta, and I can honestly say that it was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. The apartment was spacious and modern, with a comfortable bed, a modern bathroom, and free Wi-Fi. The location was also perfect, just a short walk from the Black Sea and all of the major tourist attractions. The staff at Mava Apartamente were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure I had a great stay. They were always happy to answer my questions and make recommendations for restaurants and activities. One of the things that I loved most about Mava Apartamente was the free water. I always appreciate it when hotels offer free water, especially in hot weather. It was a nice touch that added to the overall experience. I would highly recommend Mava Apartamente to anyone visiting Constanta. It is a perfect place to stay for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a remarkable hotel that truly deserves a five-star rating. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the warmest and most welcoming reception staff I have ever encountered. They were incredibly kind, friendly, and went out of their way to assist me throughout my entire stay. One of the standout features of this hotel is the ample and complimentary parking facility. It was such a relief to have a convenient and hassle-free parking experience. Additionally, the hotel's kitchen surpassed all my expectations. The culinary offerings were truly outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious dishes to choose from. Overall, my experience at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. The attentive and accommodating nature of the staff, the availability of free parking, and the remarkable culinary experience all contributed to making my stay unforgettable. I can confidently say that I will be a loyal visitor to this hotel, as it has set the bar incredibly high for any future accommodations I may seek.

When you’ll first walk into the accommodation, you will say “WOW!” It is a huge, spacious room. It also has everything you need. A very nice bathroom with a bath, a kitchen with oven, microwave and all the needs for cooking and cleaning. The closets are VERY big and the interior is amazingly modern. Once you have stayed in this apartment, you will feel sorry for yourself that you need to stay in a hotel again. The staff is incredibly friendly and do EVERYTHING for their customers!

Mava is an ecofriendly building. In May, the airconditioning is not working because the water is not cool enough yet. You can’t control the airco in your own room, as it is blocked. I was handed a regular fan, which was ok. Something I didn’t like about the apartment was that the balcony had a view to someone elses backyard. In that backyard live 3 dogs who like to bark day and night. They start barking early. Also, the prices of the restaurant (dasKino) are quite steep, so be prepared with a well filled wallet. Location is not really near the beach. You’ll need an Uber for that. Beware of the Romanian taxi’s. Use Uber!

Very friendly staff, it always goes beyond any expectation, I have stayed at this hotel for weeks in a row in the last few months and I was never disappointed, I haven’t really used the restaurant but in the few times I visited the restaurant, drinks and food were excellent and the restaurant staff is also professional.

Super comfortable and very clean. Close to everything around like shops, beach and transport. Staff is super friendly and nice. Food at the restaurant is exceptional. Out of all hotels and apartments available around, this place is the absolute best always. Highly recommend!

The location looked really good, the finishes in the rooms were very nice, the staff was super friendly. Our studio was very big, with a fully equiped kitchen. I liked the fact that they thought about every single detail. Enjoyed also that they had a cinema and a playground with PS5, puzzles, games, arcade etc. and a cool, nice restaurant.

Maybe the quality of the pillows could have been better. Everything else was just perfect.
