We got upgraded to a private bathroom room after an issue with our original booking, our location was also moved about 10 minutes away (by car), and I was worried about whether this would impact my time at my event, but they let us park in the original property which is only a 20 minute walk to Tottenham. It was clean, the staff are lovely, the lounge area which gives you access to a sink and washing machines was lovely, the TV was great as unlike most hotels they had Netflix and more, it was close to the stadium and had parking. A microwave, fridge and kettle were provided as well as cutlery.

A couple spiders here and there and there was a missing clothing bar in the closet - plenty of hooks but no bar to hold our clothes up on.

Very well situated from Drumsheds - walking distance. Pub at the end of the road is brilliant and cheap! Clean room, tea and coffee station. Comfy beds, spacious for 3 people with 3 single beds. Google maps tells you to get off a Seven Sisters tube station from Euston however if you stay on for one more stop to Tottenham Hale tube station then it is under £10 uber ride to get to the property. We found this the easiest option.

Check in is from 3pm. We got to the house at around 6:30pm and the room was still not ready. We had to wait 40 minuets for the cleaner to finish. This was not a major issue but we were conscious what would have happened if we arrived any earlier. The key safe that holds the front door key is also very fiddly to get into but with persistence it eventually worked so that added another 20 minuets into us not getting into the property. We were the first down stairs bedroom and could hear every single movement from upstairs and if the road is busy, you can hear the cars very clearly - not a massive issue though.

I was positively surprised to discover such a gem in the neighbourhood. The hotel is clean, cosy, and located in a secure environment, which made my stay comfortable and stress-free. I truly appreciated these qualities during my visit.

However, one aspect I feel could be improved is the mattress. A better-quality mattress would elevate the overall experience and provide even greater comfort for guests.

I wanted somewhere to lay my head after an away match at Tottenham. Walking distance - very handy. Easy access - when I reached house I just rang the woman who sent me code and info via WhatsApp. No messing. Comfortable. Clean. Affordable. Sound.

Nothing - I paid 50 quid and got what I paid for. No hassle.

Room was clean and tidy. Had fridge, microwave and kettle. Tea and coffee were provided along with some milk and sugar. Bed comfortable and warm enough. Perfectly adequate for the 2 nights we were there. Close to shops, bars and restaurants. Would book again if they had en-suite.

Difficult filling kettle in shared bathroom but used a clean cup as sink was small but nowhere to wash anything had we used the microwave to cook a meal.

The property was really clean and felt really safe.

The only thing that we didn’t like was there was a man knocking on the window at 2:39am which was a little scary but we didn’t experience any issues with the person.

I didn't stay the night but the room was very clean and perfect for my needs. The lady who checked me in was really helpful and made me feel very welcome. The location was within easy walking distance of Tottenham Football ground.

When I booked the room, I didn't realise that I was booking a room in a house that was renting out rooms, but considering what I had paid, I was in no way disappointed as the room had everything that I needed.

Clean and tidy. very close to the spurs stadium which as perfect for us. the owners/managers were polite and friendly, almost everything was done over WhatsApp (which i loved)
