Location was a plus, close to a lot of food areas and close to venue which I had booked. Also, staff was very accommodating to my needs at my stay. I was able to book my stay, and everything was quick and smooth.

The room I stayed in the bathroom door was a hassle, which I did report to the staff to get adjustments. The A/C unit made a loud noise when shutting off, Bathroom side mirror was rusty. All things I did report to staff, who was on the mission to get corrected. Which is a plus.

The hotel lobby was spacious, clean and modern. The bar/sitting area was comfortable. The pool area was a decent size and well appointed. The room was a good size and comfortable.

Our room, whilst being a good size, was a little drab and could do with refurbishing/decorating but otherwise the hotel was of a good standard.

The property was beautiful!! The staff was amazing!! The best cookies ever!! lol!! Only complaint I have is our room the water in the tub/shower didn't get hot like most hotels!! Other then that it's a great place to stay!!

Spacious lobby, the warm Chocalate Chip Cookie upon check in. Quiet, ample parking, easy check in and check out, adequate sized room with a great view of the Vermilion River, and mini fridge.

The only available microwave was in the lobby, and not my room. Going from your room to the lobby required you to push Floor # 2 for the Lobby, a sign in the elevator would have avoided some confusion.

This trip was the best! Hotel has 15 floors a nice big pool, a restaurant, and a bar. If I had to go again we would definitely go again, they have my rate 1,000/ 10.

I do not have any dislikes about this place it was beautiful. The only dislike I had, is that I didn't book sooner.

The hotel was chosen after a flight cancellation. It was quick and easy to reach by taxi and we were able to book a free shuttle bus to return us to the airport the following day. The room was adequately spacious and the bed comfortable. We ate dinner and breakfast at the in-house restaurant for convenience, and the food was both good and reasonably priced.

The bathroom was cramped, with barely enough room for two people at once and the vanity almost couldn't be used by one person unless the door was at least half closed. The staff at the restaurant were polite but not particuarly attentive or friendly.

Great location by the river and the views (depending on your room) were quite spectacular. Great restaurant and bar and we wanted for nothing extra.

Like many of the IHG hotels we stayed in on this trip, just feeling a little tired and in need of a freshen up. Parking was great AND free. Would come back in a heartbeat.

The lobby was very nice and everything was clean. The beds were comfortable, and the room was just the right size

There were no queen beds available, every room that was open only had full size and that was a tight squeeze for two adults.

The property was accessible, and the check in process was very easy. The room was big enough for my powered wheelchair and other equipment. The staff was very polite.

Overall, we enjoyed the property. We did not have any issues.

The room services , the fact u can charge things to ur room , the poll was big and the outside area near the pool was a great view

As nice as it is I think they should have had valley parking
