I recently had the pleasure of staying at Daghan Cottage, and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. I spent four nights here in early May 2025, and everything about my stay exceeded expectations. The room was spotlessly clean, and the bed was an absolute highlight. The mattress was of the highest quality—medium-firm, leaning towards the firmer side, which provided an incredibly restful sleep. The sheets were crisp, white, and of a five-star hotel standard, making it feel like a true luxury experience. I genuinely had the best sleep during my stay. The room itself was quiet, allowing for a peaceful night’s rest without any street noise disturbing me. The TV was a nice touch, allowing me to unwind in the evenings with cable TV. Additionally, there was a plentiful supply of hot water, and the water pressure was fantastic—small details that made the stay even more enjoyable. The property itself is beautifully maintained, with a lush garden and a stunning swimming pool. It’s evident that the owners care deeply about the place, as everything is in pristine condition. The cottages are newly built and are in perfect shape. The photos you see online are exactly what you get—this place looks as beautiful in person as it does in the pictures. A special mention goes to Abel, the incredibly kind and professional host. His English is exceptional, which made communication a breeze and added a personal touch to my stay. He was more than happy to help me navigate the area and even assisted me in finding my favorite cafe each day. Abel truly goes above and beyond in ensuring guests have a seamless experience. I also want to acknowledge Gede and Kadek, who were equally helpful and kept the property immaculately clean throughout my stay. For the price, you’re getting far more than you would expect—comfortable, high-quality accommodations, excellent service, and an overall welcoming environment.

Nearby local market and beach side, veg nonveg Indian restaurant options available nearby, east nusa penida around 20 km away and west around 30kms so but so hilly prefer to go by Local cab hotel can arrange nice pool villa nice cooperative staff all scooter rental nearby. Love ambiance and decor luxury experience in fare price.

Requested for early check in but didn't got it. But we got refreshment and staff tried us to accommodate as soon as they can.

Chakra was absolutely fantastic - we went on the east coast tour with him and he was both knowledgeable and incredibly friendly. Would really recommend the property purely based on his service! The room was also very clean, could play Netflix on the TV and the pool was lovely!

The only single thing that could be improved on is the breakfast, but it didn’t impact our stay and we would come back

It's a very beautiful place, you can literally sleep with birds singing. Calm and clean. Breakfast has several options. They leave in your room at the time you prefer. For island tours they can arrange a tour drive all around the island.

The location is far away from the famous tourist spots but you can easily book a tour with your private driver.

The hotel has a drinking water dispenser, you can ask them to refill 👍 The bed was comfortable. The staffs were friendly. They can arrange you a taxi for your arrival. It is located in a convenient location, close by the restaurants, marts, shop house and pharmacy. Overall I had a pleasant stay, thank you.

There was construction going on in a new accommodation next door by the pool area. (It's almost complete) The pool pump (I think) was working a bit also the bathroom fan.

It was few steps away from the noisy main road with a beautiful garden. The bungalow is beautiful with white washed wood. View from the terrace opens up to the pool. Nice terrace that you can enjoy breakfast that you choose the previous night.

Bungalow was facing the sun and got very hot during the day. Of course it was possible to cool it down with the ac. Bathroom was mouldy and didn't dry easily. There was a construction site behind the pool, but it wasn't that noisy.

I had a lovely experience at Daghan Cottage Nusa Penida. The whole staff was really attentive, the place is beautiful and really well maintained. The beds and pillows were really comfortable. Breakfast is good. I even took a nice bath after a long day at the beach. The hotel also helped organize a really nice tour on the island. Highly recommended 👌

This cosy stay is well kept. The guys kept the place clean. They didn't allow stray animals to liter the place. Great value for money. Right beside it is a scooter rental shop. The pool altho small is well maintained. We loved dipping in the pool! Wish they had lights in pool so we can swim at night. We were at an earlier place where the pool was poorly maintained so you can imagine our surprise to find this clean pool.

The bathroom rack was coming off at the unit we were at. But that is such a minor detail. We loved this place. If I could though, I would ask the mgt to look into improving the bath. Is all.

Nice cute rooms and design, nice pool, good value for the money.

The location was not good. I booked this hotel because it was 300 m away from the beach, but it is actually a crappy beach, ugly and dirty. Also the street where the hotel is at is very ugly. If you are not renting a motorbike this is not a good location so I would not recommend it. Also the bathroom in the rooms are not so great. I was in room 6. The faucet in my bathroom needed to be replaced urgently. They are covered with rust and hard water residue.

Beautiful houses, nice garden. The location was ok, close to most of the restaurants and markets in the area. The pool is great after a hot day and we’ve enjoyed the views mostly.

The bathroom is not very clean, it needs renovation as it is moldy- it is understandable because of the humidity, but it can be controlled with a bit of maintenance. Also the floating breakfast was average for the price, we’ve asked for the not spicy meal and for us it was very spicy, but ok overall.
