Mostly I liked the view of the sea and the mountains after the sea. Their resort was beautiful as well. The staff was great and helpful. The AC malfunctioned in our room, and after reporting to the staff they quickly changed my room.

There was no restaurant at the resort and I think they were short staffed. Maybe because my stay was within Eid Holidays. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.

the location was perfect!!!! beach at your doorstep. hot shower and comfortable bed was great after exploring the island. The staff (Gede) were very helpful, attentive and friendly. internet was fast and always working. no food serviced, but that was ok as walking distance to Penida Colada (best cafe and food on this side of the island).

the bath towels smelt clean and fresh, but discoloured. however, the hot shower was amazing. we had stayed at a couple of 4-5star places were the hot water was NOT.

The guys were so helpful, it was so relaxing, and perfect location, quite but yet minutes from great restaurants, shops and ATM’s

Did not take card, not a major problem but it could be a hassle for some travelers

Located on great beach but not a lot of choice of bars/Restaurants close by. The one thst is close (Tropic) however is excellent.

Walking distance to the shops and restaurants, the beds are really comfortable, the pool is really nice. It is green and quite, very private. The staff is really nice, the fastest check-in ever. Pay cash in the property.

The beach is covered with dead corals and so not that swimmable. You have to ask for the room cleaning service everytime you need.

The location was great and beach access is amazing. I didn't get to spend much time there though only booked one night.

The general property and landscaping need some attention and the beach access has no lights or clearly marked path. Hopefully this can be remedied.

Location is close to some lovely restaurants, all with amazing sea views!!! The property was very nice with a good AC. The staff were amazing, they helped organise our ferry to and from nusa penida and helped take our bags from the hotel to the harbour!

Unfortunately there was only 1 sunbed (which was broken) but we just asked for sunbed mattresses and they gave us some. There were a few bugs in the pool but we still used it every day of our stay!

Excellent value for money. Lovely pool overlooking beach to volcano. Great staff who help with trips and motorbike hire.

Only sad thing is no restaurant onsite. There is building out the front (beach) currently but I wasn't bothered .. (seems lots construction currently on penida)

Room, pool, view everything is lovely including the hospitality with a very good and quick response

Shower water too salty

Perfect location right on the beachfront. Close to all the restaurants and beach clubs nearby. Less than 10 mins from the port on the scooter.
