Reasonable value with good options for the included breakfast. The room was quiet,clean, the climate control worked well and the staff were welcoming and helpful! The unlimited coffee machines in the lobby offered tasty options and the microwave and fridge were clean and worked well! I chose the hotel because of it’s walking proximity to my doctors office but there are also restaurants, a grocery store and pharmacy only a few minutes walking distance and I also enjoyed abit longer walk to the shores of Lake Ontario! Although my mobility was somewhat limited I also enjoyed the fitness room on a couple of occasions !

A small detail but I noticed that the Canadian flag outside the front entrance was very faded and a bit tattered and more importantly I didn’t receive a printed copy of my bill

The suite was very spacious and very clean. It has a kitchenette with a full-size fridge that was convenient. Tim Horton’s and Wendy’s only few steps away. Convenient laundry room for the guests.

There is no room service: nobody came to make the bed or take the garbage until we asked repeatedly. we found this unusual and a bit of an inconvenience because we had dinner in the room often. We also had to ask to have clean towels and extra toilet paper. This should not be so: it’s not self-catering accommodation. We understand not changing the towels, certainly not changing the sheets for a 5 night stay, but not even stepping in the room to vacuum seemed too much. We also did not like that the breakfast is served until 8… and there are few tables so we ended up going to Tim Horton’s every day. Overall it was a good experience and we would stay again but the maid service should really be daily.

The room was good and clean, staff was nice and hotel was well located for our needs.

The bathtub/shower had some little hairs in it which makes it seem like it wasn't properly cleaned after the last stay. By the time I noticed it was already late at night so I didn't call down to the front desk but that was definitely a turn off.

The flight was 2 hours late. I called the hotel told the front desk it would be after midnight when we arrived. He kindly told me no worries, took my time. The room was very clean, quiet and big. The breakfast was included and it was good.

The staff were most accommodating at check-in, explaining the inn's features & where everything was. Our room was large and well-appointed. Plenty of free off-street parking. Breakfast offered a wide choice of foods. The gym was basic but enough for a decent workout. Good value for money - we will happily stay again!

The property offers a really nice breakfast and the room was comfortable and spacious. However, it did smell like cigarettes. The shower was my personal favourite, with 3 settings for the shower head, it was really relaxing!

Overall, a very nice experience. However, the room smelled like cigarettes, and the amount of shampoo/conditioner provided was insufficient for 2 people. Breakfast was good, with a make-your-own-waffles station, but lacking variety in fruits, cereals, and milk.

The in-room kitchenette area (sink, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, hot plate, etc) was nice, though I didn't use it much. The room was recently remodelled and has nice new/modern furniture.

The room has been remodelled recently and looks really nice, but the washroom/shower doesn't work as well as it looks... low water pressure, narrow shower, faucets and fixtures not properly installed. The shower works well, but not my favourite.

Decent room size, Very clean, parking available, Tim Hortons cafe next to the hotel.

House keeping is every 3 days,.

Very clean and had everything we needed.

The only issue was our room was right above the entrance, so the sound of the sliding doors opening and closing made it difficult to sleep.

Staff very friendly and welcoming.

My friend and I are disabled, and had to pay extra for a room on the main floor. The breakfast could have been better.
