My partner and I recently stayed at The Grang Seogwipo, and we had an amazing experience. The hospitality was top-notch, with the owner always available and ensuring that we felt right at home. The staff were incredibly friendly, and we truly appreciated the small touches like receiving free water every day during our stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and our room was both cozy and comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a day of exploring. The hotel's location is fantastic—just a short distance from some of the main attractions, including beautiful waterfalls. It’s also conveniently close to the airport bus and other bus stops, making it easy to get around. Plus, there are several great restaurants nearby, so finding a delicious meal was never an issue. Overall, we had a wonderful time at The Grang Seogwipo and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended! Excellent service, friendly and competent staff. We were upgraded to premier upon arrival. Each time we arrived at the hotel from sightseeing, we were greeted with waves and smiling faces. Sign up for the breakfast, it's great value! Room and everything in it very new and spotlessly clean. Beautiful lighting and natural light in the room. Very spacious. Great balcony with mountain views. Close to Food Streets and the market. Bus services nearby. Walking distance to Cheonjiyeon Waterfall and Oedolgae Rock. Washing and drying facilities available for 10,000 won. Lobby and corridors beautifully decorated with natural materials. Made our short visit feel safe, fun and very comfortable, thanks to owner and manager Jay and his staff. Jay was very kind and jovial, he was lovely and energetic with a can-do attitude. Always added a bright spark to our day.

The staff very attentive and welcoming. We were given an upgrade to a Premier twin which was much appreciated. The room was well appointed and well designed eg the hand basin was outside the bathroom so things didn’t get wet when you had a shower. The hotel was located within a short walk to cafes and restaurants and close to the airport bus stop. The breakfast was very good with a mix of Korean and European dishes to choose from. The lobby was very impressive. We would definitely choose this hotel if we stayed in Seogwipo again.

The hotel manager, Bruce Lee, is so caring and kind. He understands English very well. He made sure we were comfortable and was working nonstop every day to attend to all his hotel guests. My kids enjoyed the fried egg, bread, and grape juice for breakfast. The hotel has free parking. Bruce ensures you have a spot for your car when you come back. The hotel has laundry machines and dryers. Thee rooms have heated floors and you can control the air conditioning. Bruce was also kind and offered us umbrellas when it was raining and enough bottled water for our long days exploring Jeju island. My kids liked walking to the 7-Eleven, two blocks away. The street market is also close by. The two best falls (chonnjyeon and jeonbang) are within walking distance buy also offer free parking. Ample parking is available.

Amazing service. They had a valet on standby to assist with the underground machine carpark. On my day of checkout they also had the car outside ready and waiting even without any request from me. I also had my room upgraded thanks to Booking.com.

Nothing I did not like!

The front desk staff is very good. He explained very clearly when we checked in. We got mixed up on our check out date, i saw the email couple of hours later. We drove back from jeju city to hotel. They took out our luggage and set aside our things carefully. The room is clean and neat. You can park your car at the hotel or there are three parking areas close by. Overall a great stay. Will recommend to stay here in terms of location, service, cleanliness and comfort.

Location was great, service and staff was kind and helpful, valet was on top of things, we always have our car ready in the morning at the front door when we come down to the lobby.

the breakfast was very simple (like eggs, toast, cereal only), it was only 5,000 won so it made sense, but it would be worth your time to go out and try something local instead of eating at the hotel. There's only korean type outlet in the room (no usb, no adapter) which make sense, but be aware of this as you will need your own adapter.

Everything. Location was great. Hotel room was fresh and clean. Loved the power of the shower. Decent sized towels. Fresh bottled water everyday. Jay kindly upgraded me from twin room to family room. Decent slippers for room and shower. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. CVS across the road. Recommend you go to Heaven and Earth bar directly opposite the hotel - very reasonable prices for cocktails. Buses to all attractions nearby plus loads of taxis around. Jay and his staff were absolutely lovely, friendly and kind - always greeted with big smiles. They gave great suggestions about where to visit. Would definitely use again if I return to Seogwipo.

Mosquitos but that's not the hotels fault!

We have a wonderful stay at Hotel The Grang Seogwipo thanks to the professional team: Bruce, Becky and Donny headed by Jay. The room was very clean, beds comfortable, all the information we needed, were provided by the staff. The hotel is very near by bus station (5 min.), so we can reached all attractions of the island. For ex. You can easily hike on Olle trails.On the way to the hotel, in the bus, I mistook my backpack for another. I told to Jay and he solve the problem next day. I am grateful to him for that(especially because it was the beginning of the trip in South Korea).
