Stayed for about a week in early July. The location is excellent, close to the centre, the beach and the train station (from which cheap, fast transport along the entire coast is available, dogs allowed). Underground parking spaces can be reserved. They are a bit tight, but your car will be safe from the crazy traffic (most local cars have dents and scratches) while you enjoy Menton by foot and the rest of the Riviera by train. It's amazing that Monaco is just 20-ish minutes away by train for 5.3 Euro per adult. Nice about 40 minutes away. There is a medium sized double bed, and an extendable sofa. Large living room and large balcony overlooking the inner courtyard. Overall great value!

Remark on cleanliness: the floors were not properly cleaned and the wardrobe in the entrance, where the vacuum cleaner is stored, looked as though it had never been cleaned. Otherwise ok.

Large apartment with plenty of space and light. It was reasonably modern and all the appliances were in good working order. The apartment is close to the beach and shops and the train station is an easy walk in the other direction. Secure parking was a bonus and we didn't even need to use the car while we were there. The basics were provided to get us started and we stocked up on supplies at a nearby supermarket. Aircon was great because it was very hot when we were there. Was good to have a large outdoor balcony to dry clothes and beach towels.

The apartment was on the third floor directly facing the main street, it was very noisy. There was also a nearby train line that added to the noise. We wore ear plugs at night to block the sound and this worked pretty well. We couldn't sit on the large balcony due to the noise. Ask for an apartment that doesn't front the road and is higher up. The bed was also pretty uncomfortable and the mattress sagged on one side

The apartment is very spacious and the location is perfect, just a few minutes from the beach, the old town and a beautiful artisan bakery! The beds were comfy but would have preferred a double not twin beds. The apartment was fully kitted out including oven and dishwasher. It would have been nice to have some extras when we arrived late at night I.e., welcome drink.

When we arrived late at night and collected our key from the safety box, the fob didn’t work to let us in the main door downstairs so we had to wait for other residents to come in. This was around 11pm so we were worried we might not be able to access our room. This was resolved quickly by reception the following day and we didn’t have to wait long to get let in.

We had a pleasant stay overall. The accommodation is in a great location, just a short walk from the beach, bakeries, and several good restaurants. The apartment itself is modern, nicely decorated, and functional.

The cleanliness could be slightly improved – some pillows were old, and there were visible marks on the walls and doors. Also, the sofa bed wasn't the most comfortable for sleeping.

Location-confort

The glasses and plates were dirty, there was lipstick marks on glasses and cups

Regular visitors to Menton but hadn't stayed here before. Having now used the appartments we are planning to return at Easter. Clean, tidy and close to all amenities - and the staff were great too.

All good - so all I can say is that it would have been useful if there were stairs down to the underground car park rather than having to use the lift.

Modern, fully renovated and clean apartments, very comfortable with a well equipped kitchen and laundry facilities. Showers had good water pressure. Reception staff friendly and helpful. All the rooms have electric blackout shutters which are excellent at blocking out light. Effective air conditioning.

Limited opening times for reception and not open at all during Monday. The parking spots are very tight!

Apartment is very comfortable in central location for Menton. Public parking is available in the street and was easy to find. The apartment is functional and has everything you need for a vacation stay.

The apartment is provided with no blankets for the sofa bed, no toiletries or cleaning products. The apartment is pretty much empty apart from the made bed and towels in the bathroom, with not even extra toilet paper. To provide better service the apartment should have some tea, coffee, water available and provide at least some small toiletries and be sorted with cleaning products.

Spacious apartment which offers plenty of amenities (such as microwave). 5-min walk to the train station is a plus for people planning to explore other coastal towns.

Some of the dishes look pretty worn and need replacement. Also, certain items are not adjusted to the duration of stay (one roll of toilet paper for 10-day stay). No cleaning service nor bed sheets replacement.
