Dev was a wonderful host, so pleasant and accommodating. The room was very comfortable and exceptionally clean.

Only one little thing could have been better - the towels were really hard and scratchy. Soft fluffy towels would have earned a 10 as this is an important comfort.

Absolutely wonderful stay at the P&M Residence in Paignton. Location is ideal with it being a short walk to the beach and local shops and arcades. The owner is fantastic. Always makes sure you have everything you need and always willing to accommodate you for anything. The room was clean and comfortable with everything you really need. En suite was on the small side however it did the job and water was nice and warm. We always try and stay here whenever we visit for Easter. Can't fault this property and would 100% reccomend this place to anyone who is going to paignton.

P&M deserves a 5 star rating. Perfect location to all local amenities Dev the host can’t do enough for you, and you always get service with a smile. Breakfast is delicious and plentiful. (Pre order evening before) The place is immaculately clean , good quality bedding in all rooms. Nice touches like sweets/toiletries/water etc in your room. I’d definitely stay here again

Limited parking, but this isn’t too much of a problem because there’s payable parking close by.

Very welcoming & couldn't do enough for us. .Great location for beach, shops, pubs & transport links. Impressed with additional features, we didn't expect a bottle of fresh water daily in our room and an excellent breakfast every day. We will definitely recommend this guesthouse to friends and family.

Parking on site is not sufficient for all guests with cars, but the owner has an arrangement for additional parking nearby.

Thought fridge would be in our room should of asked quilt and pillows very thin but I could of asked for more and didn't my own fault extra to change towels? But brought our own

The accommodation is lovely . Very quiet, so I slept well. Room fabulous - We had a sauna in our room and used that . So near everywhere - perfect location. loved staying here Only 2 carpark spaces are available in front of the building, but after some jigging by staff member, he let us park our big pick up outside, so that was very helpful..

Room size was very good. The ensuite was a good size with a large shower unit. The bed was large and comfortable. The room was very clean and kept up to a good standard. Breakfast was tasty and all well cooked every morning. Very nice overall and would go back again. Good central location to get to the shops, pubs and pier. Very friendly host and always helpful when required.

There is only space for 2 cars on the front, which can be hit and miss. But our host kindly moved his car for me to park there throughout my stay and made it much easier to get out and about. I only had to pay to use the local carpark once throughout my whole stay and was only for a few hours, not overnight.

Great location. Everything was on your doorstep. Extremely quiet. Locals and hotel staff were lovely, very welcoming. Everything that you would need for your stay was provided in the room from toiletries to the very important coffee/tea bags which were replenished daily! Would reccomend a stay! If I was to return to the area, would stay here again. Thank you for the hospitality.

The property is in a prime position, near the train station and bus station. Easy access to other parts of Devon. Walking distance to the promenade and all amenities. Dev the host made us feel very welcome, he carried our bags to the room and explained how everything worked. We had a cooked breakfast which was very nice.

There was nothing to dislike.
