All staff were kind and welcoming. The room was lovely, the bed was very comfortable. I love the scent of the hotel, coming from the main reception is such a sweet scent. The breakfast was so good. There was a good spread of food to choose from--hot food, crepe/pancake, salad, various bread, cereals, etc. There were also freshly squeezed juices, cheese, a selection of milk, and the coffee was good. Overall, we are so happy with everything. We got what we paid for. I will never hesitate to book with Mercure Hotels in the future.

It is bit far from the airport😔

There are two significant advantages of this hotel: free parking availability on the surrounding streets and a very sexy breakfast: it is not too rich, but every piece of what is offered looks so appealing that you can't stand the temptation. I'm visiting around 30 hotels per year and in most cases breakfasts are disgusting, it is not the case here, I know what I'm talking about! The third benefit is that there is a grocery, a pharmacy, and a nice restaurant with open terrace just across the street. Access to autoroutes, the Prado beach, and the road to nearest calanques is also very convenient.

The room we stayed was spacious , clean and quiet. The breakfast has a variety of foods and there is choice for everybody and the staff is helpful and welcoming. The room service was very good . The towels are changed every day.

I’d recommend to update the towels. It is warned out. I’d also recommend to ensure that the staff i mostly serving the breakfast speak English. Though it was not a big issue for me. One more thing regarding hotel policy on deposit amount 500 EUR . I think it’s too high.

I found a last minute stay due to the wildfires. The bar, restaurant and terrace were very pleasant, as was the food, particularly the falafel and humour plate (it was enough of a meal on its own) ! A special mention must go to the young lady working the bar and restaurant, she was attentive, polite, very busy, good humoured and always smiling, despite it being very busy. Really well done.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept like a baby each night. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's dining options - the food was simply outstanding. From breakfast to dinner, every meal was expertly prepared and delicious, with a range of options to suit all tastes. Overall, I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and enjoyable experience. The staff, amenities, and location were all exceptional, and I can't wait to return for another visit.

Nice location close to the beach 3-4 bus stops

I had to pay quite a big guarantee that was supposed to be returned in 1-2 days after checkout but the amount came back 14 days after my checkout. So be prepared with extra money for the guarantee.

the staff was very nice and friendly and make you feel home especially an Algerian girl i didn’t save her name ( from Souk Ahras ) she was so sweet the location is very good , close to many restaurants or caffe or shops , close also to metro station . also a big thanks to the housekeeper lady who found my AirPods and and came to give me before I leave hotel

Stuff did not speak English, they charged for parking and my very small pet. Although it says on the board but they didn’t inform me in advance

My room was extremely clean, bright and comfortable. The breakfast area was very spacious and bright, with a good selection of food and drinks. The location is great, with the metro a five minute walk away and the sea about twenty minutes on foot. (from where you can follow the coast all the way to the city centre). I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel and thought it was exceptional.
