Location perfect close to restaurants, ski rental, train station, ski resort facilities, cleanliness, big and spacious room, great help and friendliness of Michele the host, ski room and sauna plus garage spaces in the basement (no snow, no cold, etc.)

Shower could have been nicer in the room (but was for handicapped so it's normal), would have been nice to know in advance about the sauna to pre-book it and reserve it so we could have used it the 1st evening (our only evening). Pricing of the room for a couple of friends a bit too much, but for a group of friends or family then it's again worth it with kitchen and all the facilites.

The nicest and most helpful host we have ever encountered, the stay was already fantastic but he certainly contributed to our feeling being a big 10+ The apartment is fully equipped and has a beautiful view, parking was very easy in the underground garage with even the possibility to charge the car. The nice bars and restaurants are within walking distance, so in short a fantastic stay!

This was an excellent penthouse apartment. Our host was very friendly and carried our bags up to the apartment. Being at 1440m up, we had perfect views of the snowy mountains from our balcony. It was extremely clean and lots of extra luxury items were provided. We also had a mini bar and snacks in the room. My dog was given a bed and some bowls, and we were allowed a flexible check out time. Will definitely be returning.

The appartment is s little Jewel in a perfect location. 2min walk from the train station and near (almost) everything. Michele is a most generous, gracious host and he knows hospitality. Thank you. We only stayed a night, unfortunately. The appartment is new, clean, modern. I liked the glass sliding doors and the very soft carpet in front of the bed :)

Perfect room with nice view where mountains are visible. Easy access and great location 👌. Big space in the room. Plenty of towels and two smart TVs for the kids. Limited free parking at the stay (whoever is first). Nice reception lady. I would like to thank the reception lady. She was super helpful. Their last check in time is around 6pm but she accommodated us at 9:30pm. Big thanks to her. She was in contact with me directly to show the way. Lots of facilities nearby the stay like coop and other shops. Train station is nearby as well. Clean kitchen and room. Window shades for cool night if required. Balcony sitting. Plenty of power sockets around. Baby cot available.

The town is very conveniently located, and so easy to reach the gondola. The mountains are fantastic and provide you with an incredible experience. The Base is a fabulous place, so modern and incredibly well run. Michael was so professional and attentive to our needs and made our vacation so memorable.

Great quality accommodation very close to the lift. Has a free parking with charging for cars. Andermatt is a very nice village which many food options. Gotthardoass is very beautiful

Perfect location,amazing place, unique design, and Michele give us nice view from our room and he is always there fast response on whatsapp very kind and outstanding… we will be back next year 🙂

High quality accomodation with excellent fittings. Friendly check-in and even though we were only staying one night we managed to get in slightly earlier than the stated checkin time which really helped our planned day out in Andermatt.

Modern, new, comfortable apartment fully equipped with dishes & cutlery. The receptionist was very kind and supportive. The Base is very close to the train station and Glütsch cable car station.
