The staff is very friendly, considerate, symphatetic and helpful! They served good breakfast in lovely breakfast room. They also listened to our wishes. The building is nice and clean with a lift. Situation in the heart of the city and next to the seaside is excellent. Easy walk to the station, harbour, bus stop and charming surroundings. Brindisi is a beautiful place.

There were some issues with shower and sink drains, but the staff fixed them as we told about that. We wish there were more table top or surface for necessary things in the room. Another small chair would have been nice. But these were minor matters and did not bother us much since we made all-day-trips to the surrounding areas (did not stay in the room all days)

We spent 7 nights at Maria Vittoria charming rooms. Our room was a standard double. The room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. The breakfast was good. The location is excellent, close to the seafront, shops and restaurants and less than 10 minutes walking distance to the train station. The owner and his team were very pleasant and helpful. If we return to Brindisi we will definitely stay there again.

Beautiful place, excellent hosts. Lovely breakfast room and outstanding choices for breakfast. Bedroom was spacious with lovely verandas, comfy bed. Perfect bathroom, toiletries, and plenty fresh towels everyday.

We loved everything.

The apartment was a very good size although, being at the front of the property, it was a little noisy. The air-conditioning was very welcome.The location is very good being near several restaurants and bars, and also shops.

Surprised that we had to pay extra for breakfast because we were in an apartment. The breakfast choice was quite limited. We opted to pay because it was more convenient than buying items at the supermarket but it was a surprise for us.

Room was lovely, spacious and bright. Very clean, had a fridge and little garden area out back. Bathroom was spacious and clean with hairdryer and toiletries. Great location. Lady who cleaned rooms was very nice and welcoming.

Nothing about room. You get 20% off in the restaurant the owners own which is a minutes walk away from the property and where you have breakfast. Breakfast was good option as you get hot food as well which is not always the case in Italy. However, we had dinner there our first night and was disappointed- very slow service and food was not the best. I would just go for a drink.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Very original style of interior design. Supermarket open also on Sunday morning (located) right under the apt. Easy check-in after the reception's closing hours.

No fridge in the room, hence recommended only for short stays.

Giuseppe was very kind to me instead of checking in at 16.00 hrs he allowed me to check in at midday . Breakfast is lovely and plentiful with lots of choices. Bed and pillows were comfortable and shower was lovely with good water pressure, plenty of restaurants around and property is close to all major sites, about 10 minutes walk to the centro storico . I was a solo female traveler, I felt very safe at night throughout my entire 3 day stay. I would stay there again without any hesitation.

There is nothing not to like about this property

Stayed here for 1 night to be close to the airport for a morning flight. About 10 minutes walk from the train. Lovely clean, spacious room with an ensuite bathroom. Access to tea/coffee making facilities. Choice of sweet or savoury breakfast. Easy check in and room was ready early before check in time. Good location near restaurants/shops.

Centrally located. Good room size. Easy to get to from train station approx 10 min walk. WhatsApp message received morning of check in with door code and room details. Breakfast was good Guests ate together at big table which was nice..

There is nothing we didn't like. Great

The situation was very good for us with easy access to bars, cafes and restaurants and to local sites. The breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of food - cereals, meat, chees, fruit, fruit juice, drinks, croissants, bread, jam, marmalade etc. We liked being able to sit with other travellers and have a chat.

We were only there one night so were more than satisfied with the accommodation. The bathroom was a bit narrow but perfectly acceptable.
