A warm welcome on arrival, secure parking, AND the restaurant was still open for us to have lunch. We had travelled from UK via Santander on ferry and needed to eat then rest before travelling on to Moraira, not only was the restaurant still open but we had a really god lunch. The room was great with all we needed and the breakfast buffet next day was fabulous. Well done to all this is how hotels should be!

Didn't like the little coffee pod machine in the bedroom and there was no kettle BUT this hotel would not be defeated in it's quest to be the best. I rang reception and asked for a kettle and was told they would see what they could do - 15 minutes later a waiter arrived with a steel thermos jug of boiling water! Now that's what I call going the extra mile. Thanks to all at this hotel we'll be back next year.

We booked this hotel as a last-minute thing because we had to cancel our previous hotel. Which was absolutely terrible and really put us off staying in Zaragoza. But then we came across this gem. EVERYTHING about the Diagonal Plaza was fantastic. We arrived quite late in the evening around 10.15. The reception staff were fabulous, welcomed us, and got us checked in very quickly. We got the car parked in their underground secure car park. The restaurant staff were also very welcoming despite our late arrival, and the food was excellent. Breakfast was unbelievable and of very good quality. The room was also very well played out, clean and very comfortable.

Hotel modern and ckean. Bedroom spacious, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Bathroom the same with a proper size bath and a shower. Easy parking directly outside. Wi-fi very good. Staff on Reception very helpful and professional.

Shower floor slippery. Frustrated with the television. Unable to connect a firestick, couldn't change the audio to English (blocked) and only 3 English channels all of which were News channels. Plenty of French, German and Italian channels! Goya restaurant had a limited dinner menu.

A super welcoming greeting from reception staff who acknowledged our request regarding our room which was really quiet with a great views of the airport and runway which my husband loved but it wasn’t at all noisy. . The room was spotlessly clean as was the rest of the hotel. The breakfast was very good and everything was fresh and the hot buffet was hot. So all in all a good stay at a value for money good hotel in an ideal situation close to the main highways.

Beautiful and modern hotel. Staff all extremely friendly and helpful. We were travelling with our adult children and stayed here for a week. Without asking we were upgraded to a bigger room, which was a real treat. We also loved the smart tv so we could watch Netflix, Disney etcetera. Breakfast buffet was excellent. We had such a nice stay and were sad to leave! Thank you for making our week in this part of Spain very memorable!

I honestly cannot think of anything

Hotel is located well upside of the city centre, close to Zaragoza airport. That said it was a big, perfectly clean and well serviced hotel. Rooms are large and airy. The restaurant was a little chaotic in the evening. Breakfast finishes at 10:00……we arrived at 9:45 and as we sat down they started to clear away everything and disconnect the coffee machines. Service in general in the restaurant was quite impersonal. Seems to be a hotel more geared to business travellers than to tourists.

Lovely nice hotel, staff all great and secure parking for cars and motorcycles.

Breakfast. Hard to justify a bad deal (€14) but a traditionally Spanish breakfast is not normal as a Brit. Would be nice to pay half of that for tea and toast and leave all the cold meats and cheese etc that was in abundance but not what I was looking for. Not complaining as I’m the one in Spain hence do as the Spanish do I suppose. Just would have been nice to have had that option. Full marks to all staff though. Place was great.

Just lacking in something. Bar did not open at all. You could get a drink from the cafeteria which turned into the restaurant at night but food was not served until 8.00pm and it was just a cafeteria really not a restaurant. Food was passable. Staff in reception great but staff in cafe/ restaurant not so good. Mixed feelings about this hotel.

I had made a reservation on booking.com and included breakfast. When I got there I realized that Breakfast was difficult to be taken so I asked for a refund but I was told I can't get a refund from the hotel since I made the reservation via booking.com. I Sent a message to booking.com regarding this issue but nobody answered my message.

Modern and comfortable bedrooms. Breakfast was excellent. Parking available. Excellent hotel with reasonable price.

Location. The hotel is not convenient for tourists looking to visit the city. If you have a car, like I had for this trip, you can use the parkings available downtown. Public transportation is not easy and taxi is 22 EUR to go downtown. If you're travelling and need to spend a night, it is a perfect choice in my opinion.
