The room was very modern and the bathroom was spacious. The entrance of the hotel was beautiful and it was an activity table that family friends can chill and have fun with each other. The pillows were super comfortable as soon as I laid down I fell asleep.

The shower leaked a lot of water onto the floor even with the door closed. For breakfast I ordered the waffle with fruits which had a picture of two waffles for $8. When I asked the front desk person if I can add 3 waffles he said no it only came with the two. But when I got the plate it only had one waffle and asked the front desk person what happened to the other waffle and he said “well I guess it only comes with one”. I was very disappointed because I was getting for my kids to share.

The room was ok, and bed was comfortable. Did not have the breakfast though.

The room that we were in (RM 321), the heating wasn't working when we got there. I called the front desk and they sent someone up to fix it. After fixing it and setting the temperature to 73, the temperature flucuates between cold and hot. It would help if the heating could be extended to the bathroom. We would turn up the heat prior to taking a shower, but the bathroom was still cold. End up catching a cold due to this.

Great prices for the room. Overall clean, modern look to the rooms. Quick check-in. The rooms are a bit smaller than most hotel rooms, but honestly the extra space is unnecessary.

The soap dispenser in the shower was broken. The floor in the bathroom didn't look very clean. I do wish there was a fridge in the rooms. And the blanket on the bed is rather thin, I was a bit chilly.

Wow! Perfect location. Really the nicest hotel we ever stayed at. The room was beautiful clean, I loved the wet bar shampoo! Customer service was excellent from checking, checking out, the Beautiful bar! To top it off the price couldn’t be beat. If we ever happen to be in town again will be sure to get a room here.

The only thing I’d like to comment on is the bathroom and how they have lights. The bathroom sliding door. No fan, no separate light. So everyone hears your business! Having children the room was literally pitch dark. So if you stay bring a night light or something similar

The hotel was clean and comfortable, the check in process was fast and easy. There was ample parking and the outside of the hotel was well lit.

We ran out of toilet paper and there was no replacement in the room and there were no trash bags. My son wears pull ups and I was struggling to find something to put it in to discard it in the outside trash.

The room was beautiful and clean. The only thing with my room is the water was slow to go down in the sink, I stayed in room 227. Other than that everything was nice and peaceful.

There wasn't anything that I didn't like about this location. The staff was great, the room was a perfect and cozy size and the ammenities were excellent.

I liked the atmosphere walking into the building and the style in the rooms. I like there’s a pool and a lounge area as well.

I didn’t like house keeping not coming in to freshen room and replace towels.

The room setup was cool. Comfy bed / pillows. The hot shower water/ shower head were love. The downstairs bar, pool. etc.

Small little upkeep issues- outdated flat screen, ceilings not painted. The pantry items were way over priced. $3.15 for a canned ginger ale and $5 for a candy bar.

The property was I a great location with a lot of good restaurants and things to do in the area. Over all the hotel stay was really good. Front desk staff were good and helpful.

The only issue that was a bother to me was the phones lines wasn’t working so I had to go down to the front desk.

I love the cleanliness of this hotel and the color scheme is amazing. I absolutely enjoy my stay. I will be back to stay😁👍

The only thing this hotel needs is microwaves in the rooms. It's to much running back and forth downstairs to use the microwave in the lobby and they only have one microwave so you have to wait around for your turn that's is such a inconvenience for a person staying at your hotel. It will be more convenient if microwaves was already in the rooms. One other thing was there was no clean towels available the next day when I ask house cleaning for some I guess the laundry person was off 👎
