The apartment was very clean and in the perfect location. Close enough to the main square without it being too noisy. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable, with us being given some softer pillows on request.

There was a local issue with water one day, meaning there was no water for about 6/7 hours; whilst the issue couldn’t have been prevented by El Guarapo, I feel they could have communicated with their guests much better. Everyone had to go and ask at reception, with there being no pre-warning or signs up etc. There is no air-con, not a big issue for some but unfortunately we really struggled with the heat. There was a fan in the apartment but needed moving about depending upon which room you were in. For this reason, we probably wouldn’t return unfortunately.

The apartment was very spacious. We had a beautiful sea view from the balcony. It was a plus to have two bathrooms in the 3 bedroom apartment. We had breakfast included which offered a great choice every morning. The kids enjoyed the pool which although small has a deep section in the middle. The complex was quiet and sometimes we had the pool mostly to ourselves. Although there are not loads of sunbeds we never had any problem getting one. The apartments are only 5 minutes walk in different directions from various shops and restaurants. There are lockers provided and shower rooms available for late checkout. The staff are all very nice and friendly.

The apartment was lovely, clean and well equipped, staff very helpful, polite and friendly, Breakfast was delicious, big portions, great options and most importantly produce sourced from local farmers which reflected in flavours. The apartments are situated perfectly as in a very quiet area but only a few minutes walk from the beaches, town centre, bus stops, local shops and many other attractions. Fantastic good size pool with perfect water temperature. I highly recommend it.

Despite of the notes and signs posted by El guarapo lack of respect and consideration of other guests, leaving towels on the loungers for hours and preventing other people from using it.

The staff was exceptional, careful and kind. Really professional as cleaning would go.on everyday, changing the towels every other day, communication was excellent, as they would always check if we need anything via Whatsapp, giving plenty info as well, letting us know everything we need. We had breakfast included, and I recommand that, because the food was enough, although not a buffet, and DELICIOUS!!! There were plenty choices. The pool area was big enough, with plenty sun lounges, the pool suitable for both adults and kids, and fair clean. There were a lot of cats all over the place, really friendly, altough the hotel asks you not to feed them, but interacting is fine. The room was clean, really good smelling everytime we would go in, with everyhing anyone would need, from cutleries to the bath mat, that in my opinion is a must for every hotel( trust me, not all have them). The location of the accomodation was 3 minutes walk from the beach, sand beach with the specific black rocks, and a wide, lovely promenade, with designated bike lane.

The neighbours were busy throughout the night, and by busy I mean I could hear footstepts as clear as they would be in my bedroom, altough the sensible hours were between 23.00 and 09.00, but that's not on the hotel.

The property is very central located in a beautiful and calm area. The “center” is in walking distance. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable and the staff was just amazing. Always helpful and kind. Everything was super clean and comfortable. In the kitchen you have everything what you need (cutterly, pots, coffee machine).

The apartment is a bit small for a family. We had a 1-BR apt with a baby and it was a bit too small. The suitcases had to stay in the living room. The interiors of the apartment are quite old. Our couch had a big stain of something and we had ants (we got help here but they were coming back everyday). However, it is a good stay for a couple of days and I want to point out that it was super super clean.

I had an exceptional stay at Apartamentos El Guarapo and loved everything about it! The location of my room was perfect, offering easy access to the pool, and I especially enjoyed the spacious, comfortable bed and private balcony. The café served a great breakfast, and the room size was just right. Both the check-in and check-out processes were smooth and hassle-free, which added to the overall pleasant experience. The location is truly outstanding – just a short 300-meter walk to the promenade along the coast, and within less than five minutes, you can explore various shops and restaurants. For those looking for fantastic dining options nearby, I highly recommend Dolmens, only 200 meters away, which offers exceptional food and quality service. I will definitely be returning to Apartamentos El Guarapo. Highly recommended!

Nothing! But I recommend improving WIFI quality or offer a better wifi experience at a price

The staff here were excellent, our initial room wasnt as advertised on Booking .com but Natalia and Daniella were first class in sorting us out another room as soon as they could and chucked in a free breakfast for the week for the inconvienience. I would also add that nothing is too much trouble for the staff here as they really want you to have a good time. The resort is in a lovely quiet location but an easy walk from the main center bars and restaurants. Would recommend and stay again .

Pool could have done with a clean

Everything about this place is exceptional perfect location 5 mins walk from supermarket and withing 10 mins of all shops i will deffinately come here next time I come to costa teguise staff are very helpful in making your stay perfect I had issues with my sons passport but it arrived in time and they did everyth8ng to accommodate our needs and requirements thank you so much

Good clean apartment and great location. Everything else was fine and would return at some time. Pre holiday info from the resort was excellent

Towels were not very good. Big prob was this is self catering apartment but a hob and standard microwave is not self catering. At least a cooking microwave is needed as there is no oven. Maybe an air fryer or halogen oven needed. Also nothing to do with resort but on original Booking.com advert for resort I am sure I read free transfer to resort from airport to resort. Am I wrong as this cost 25euros?

Location of accommodation. Small and friendly size of complex. Staff were very courteous and helpful.

The pool bar closed at 3.30pm, 6.00pm would be a better time. If people have been out for the day it’s great to come back and sit at the pool with a cool drink. I asked for a pool view, we were on the ground floor but there were 2 hedges between us and the pool, so no view. The two top shelves in the wardrobe were very dusty, only noticed when going to ware the clothes.
