We read the reviews, expected some faults but experienced none. We stayed in room 305 (facing the back of the hotel) and we didn't hear a sound. The staff were great. Reception staff were brilliant . Customer service online through Booking were a credit to the hotel and the staff during breakfast were hardworking and helpful. Wifi was great. The rooms were cleaned regularly. All staff here work really hard. We are a family that can walk fast and in the Summer heat it only took us 10 minutes to walk to the old town at a snails pace so the location speaks for itself. It also has a supermarket on its doorstep. We loved this city and we will recommend to our family and friends to stay here in Hotel Meksiko. That speaks for itself.

Well appointed, modern rooms and hotel, great location, a few minutes walk from te Old Town. Helpful staff - able to book airport transfer through them - our plane was delayed so our transfer failed - went with taxi rank - charged 67€ rather than 48€ - haggle! Would stay here again.

Breakfast selection rather poor, perhaps due to being busy - not enough time to replenish food, as slightly better on quieter days. Cereals were poor quality, very little fruit on offer, so adequate rather than good.

The stuff was very friendly . They helped us order a taxi in the emergency situation and were able to provide useful advice where to go. The room was very large and comfortable , good shower facilities and we had a large window, air conditioning worked well. Although our windows were facing the hospital , we did not hear any noise and slept well. It was 15 minutes walk to the Bus station, that was convenient for us.

The biggest issue was the breakfast, which was underwhelming to say the least. The lack of choice and lack of taste. Luckily, we found a good breakfast place. There was not enough parking space and unclear how to access it.

The room and bathroom were pretty spacious, as well as a shower cabin. Air conditioning helped during very hot weather. There was a refrigerator in the room and drinks vending machine near the reception. The staff at the reception spoke perfect English. Towels were changed every day. The location was pretty good with old town and bus station in the walking distance. Hotel offered good value for money.

Breakfast could start earlier. The kitchen staff during breakfast were not friendly and pretty rude. One morning they also managed to take away my unfinished food and my personal Bio juices from the table. There was a hospital as well as a 24 hour working pharmacy close to the property giving a bit of a depressing vibe while leaving or coming back to the hotel.

The hotel was undergoing renovation during our stay, but this did not cause any inconvenience. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the breakfast was standard, with fresh products. This did, however, lead to a slight delay in the restocking of items during breakfast. The staff were very helpful, especially with assisting the motorcyclists in safely parking their bikes. Overall, a pleasant experience!

Two rooms were big enough and one was huge. They were clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet didn't have a big variety, but it was good and absolutely filling to start the day. Staff was nice and helpfull.

We thought the hotel was a bit closer to the center. There was some water leak in the toilets.

Well located, little or no noise from the nearby hospital. Very, very clean. The only issue was the air con wasn't switched on and thus the rooms were a little warm. However we had some really nice unseason hot weather, which caought them out. I would have prefered the good weather to the AirCon!!

Good prize, good location close to the city center and the railway/bus station. Breakfast was decent, if you have any sort of dietary restriction you could probably find at least something even if it's just some fruit and juice, just don't expect any accomodations.

The shower was a disaster. Either scalding hot or freezing cold, and it switched between those two entirely at random.

Rooms are fair, clean and spacious. The hotel is conveniently located, just a 15-20 min walk from the city centre. It’s also next to the hospital, so ambulances might come and go - our room wasn’t facing the hospital so there weren’t any noise issues for us. Checking in and out was smooth

Hotel’s parking spaces are limited - the staff will tell you this after the reservation. Keep in mind that if you arrive by car and there are no parking spaces available (I guess the staff mostly uses the available parking spaces) you will have to park your car in a nearby parking garage or on the streets. It’s quite pricey, we paid 30€ for ~14hrs

The hotel is situated a short walk away from the city center and within walking distance to the train station. There is also a convenience store just a few meters away. And despite there being a hospital just right next door, I never had any issues with noise.

Everything was exactly how I needed it to be, no complaints.
