My room was on the 2nd floor and the stairs up were not very wide and I had 2 bags plus to take up. The cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful. The receptionist was not as friendly as she seemed to be working on something else. The room was a little dated but clean, comfortable and adequate for my needs. I hardly heard people in the other rooms and although on the main road the traffic eased off later in the night and did not disturb my sleep. Traffic did start up again early in the morning.

The bathroom was dated, TV was small but it was all adequate for my two day stay. The parking didn't have designated spots that I could see but as it wasn't full I had no trouble with parking. Traffic noise could be an issue for some.

Just the bad smells in the bathroom drainage, (room three)otherwise everything was fabulous with attention to detail even complimentary bottled water each,it was our choice of stay on our way to Qld from Sydney & then again on our return from Qld heading back to Sydney, we will certainly stay there again on our trips north, luxury king bed too just great value for money as well.

Nice room with everything you need was small but a good price Big bed ,good tv ,parking at the door, smoking area. No traffic noise. Excellent large mini fridge. PowerPoints at both bed sides accessible.. Full basic metal cutlery not wooden

International roast coffee , pillows too soft. Very noise neighbour in room next door not hotels fault but. Bathroom door problem with closing. Lounge poorly positioned in corner of room unable to see TV, wardrobe should be moved to this place

These rooms are very nice. King size beds and well laid out. According to my wife, the best motel bed and pillow she has ever had. The staff on arrival were very helpful and when we needed a room for the following night, they accommodated us with little fuss. Had to change rooms , but did it very easily. The upstairs rooms to have a few steps to get to them, so if you are injured or wobbly, book a ground floor unit. The staff told me that they were new to the motel and still settling in, but they are doing a great job. Wish ot was warm enough to have beena able to use the pool

Very comfortable, clean and well appointed room. The supplied bottled water in the fridge was a nice touch. Good bed. No hassle check in & out which was great as it was just a stop over on my way to Sydney

I could hear the guests upstairs as they moved around which would have become annoying over the long term. The lounge was tucked into a little alcove with no view of the TV. Not a big deal though.

This Motel is positioned on the Hwy so very convenient.. A large 2 story Motel, with pleasant outlook and I noted a pool for those whom want to use it.. Our room was a very comfy, large bed, fresh clean linens.. tea/coffee, fridge and Micro.. complimentary toiletries if you need them. Checkin and out was easy.

I had requested a ground floor room bc of back pain, though unfortunately they didn’t see my request … 🤷‍♀️

Great service and good follow up on contacts. A comfortable bed and a good shower. Close to all locations. What more could you want for a short stay in Taree. The room was air conditioned and all things were in good order. Extra pillows available and a pool if you need it.

All good! Some issues with booking - all sorted very quickly and politely before arrival.

Rooms were comfortable and well appointed. Attention to comfort was noticeable in fittings and furnishings..all was modern and attractive.

There needs to be some means to filter road noise from the street (hedge, wall?). Also the waterfall in the pool is noisy in the evening. If the pool is not being used could the waterfall feature be turned off after hours?

The property was fine. I was disappointed with the booking agency. From the picture and words describing the room, I booked it only to find on arrival, it only had a double bed, not a single around the corner as well. As the motel was fully booked, there was no alternative. Disappointed with Booking.com.

The cleanileness of the place. Bed sheets, towels and the cutleries. They also have complimentary waters and milk. Was such a great gestured

I was pretty happy with everything in the 3 rooms Ibooked. they met all expectations and they were so good and friendly staff who came in the morning to do the cleaning
